First time me and my partner visiting Cabo Verde and we absolutely loved it. I wish we could have stayed more than 4 days. RECEPTION - Arriving to the hotel, we were greeted by Darilaura and Evilene. They were the most amazing and friendly staff members throughout our stay. Big shout out to both of them. They also gave us some information about the best authentic places to visit and eat in Cabo Verde. We took their advice and went to ‘Cafe Criolo’ for the best experience. ROOM - We booked a superior room with pool view but unfortunately, got a room with parcial view due to some palm trees blocking. However, this was promptly resolved by the fantastic team - Sofia and Jaci (through the Hilton WhatsApp service). They found us a different superior room with a gorgeous view to the entire hotel. Once again, Darilaura, Evilene and another male staff assisted me and my partner moving our belongings to the new room. BEDROOMS - are so big and spacious. Very clean and comfortable beds. Love the fact all of them have air con. Water restocked every day. We also loved the fact the rooms had small individual wipes for us to use to prevent sandflies to bite us. Really useful as if you go to the beach, you risk being bitten by them. The balcony is spacious and great to spend some time when the sun is going down. From our room, we could see the Beach. BATHROOMS - are beautiful and very clean. The bath tub has easy access to the room. You can be in the bath and watch tv because between the bedroom and the bathroom there’s a moving wall. RESTAURANT - has great and delicious food. We had breakfast and dinner and throughout the 3 days there, we tried a bit of everything. I loved the cachupa. The people cooking the food and also all the waiters and host were so friendly. We had 2 occasions where staff came into the dinning area and performed for us. It was so fun, interacting and entertaining. The fresh fruit was so good. Full of flavours , as well as the all other food. There was so much variety of food, including soups, desserts and even drinks in the morning. POOL- The pool was cleaned and with good depth. We’ve spent some time also around the private ‘tendas’ . Comfortable place to relax and then the pool bar ia so close. BAR - We spent a lot of time at the bar. The World Cup was on and we actually got to watch Cabo Verde playing. The atmosphere was the best. The staff preparing us the drinks were fantastic. SPA - We had 3 massages over the 4 days at the hotel. It was so relaxing. The ladies were great and always checked how we’re feeling during the session. Big shoutout also for Pedro (?), He only works over the weekend / Saturday. The hotel is so clean and the staff across the hotel is so friendly. Everybody greets you and there’s no stress at all. If you’re looking for a hotel close to the beach and a short walk from Town, Hilton hotel is the best place to stay. There’s also a small grocery store less than 5 min walk from the hotel. You can get some nibbles, drinks, toiletries or other bits. We want to go back to Cabo Verde and stay at Hilton after the amazing experience your team (reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff, bar, spa and everybody else) provided to us. From the very first moment, Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort impressed me with its generous architecture, beautifully maintained gardens, stunning beachfront location, and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel facilities, spa area, as well as the pool and bar areas provide an ideal setting for relaxation and recovery. I would particularly like to highlight the entire F&B team. Despite the logistical challenges on Sal Island, the team ensures that meals are freshly prepared every day and maintains a consistently good level of quality. The friendly and attentive service contributes greatly to a pleasant guest experience. My appreciation also goes to the kitchen team, the colleagues working behind the scenes, and the gardeners, whose daily efforts are not always visible to guests but make an important contribution to the overall quality of the stay. The care of the beautiful gardens and the many essential tasks carried out in the background are key elements of a successful hotel experience. A special thank you goes to the Front Desk team members Sofia and Anastasie, who looked after me throughout my two-week stay with kindness, professionalism, and great attention to detail. Overall, the team creates a warm and professional atmosphere. A committed and well-organized hotel team is one of the most important factors for the success of a hospitality business. As a suggestion for improvement, I would like to mention that the non-smoking policy, which already applies to guest rooms, should also be extended to balconies. Smoke from neighboring balconies can affect the comfort of non-smoking guests, especially when balcony doors are open. I would recommend this hotel 100%, especially to guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday and a true escape from everyday life. For me personally, this resort has become a future destination for relaxation and wellbeing, and I would be happy to return. best regards R Probst

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The pool area and the beach are simply stunning, making it the perfect place to relax. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team was warm, friendly, professional, and always smiling. A very special thank you goes to Fernanda, who took exceptional care of my daughter's food allergies. Travelling with multiple food allergies can be stressful, but thanks to her kindness, patience, and attention to detail, she felt completely safe throughout our stay. Fernanda went above and beyond every day, and I will always be grateful for everything she did. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes. The chefs and restaurant staff were always happy to answer questions and accommodate my daughter's dietary needs. The atmosphere throughout the resort is peaceful, welcoming, and relaxing. It is the perfect destination for anyone looking for a truly memorable holiday. Thank you to the entire Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort team for making our vacation so special. We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort and spent an exceptional time there. We would like to thank the hotel manager for his professionalism, and willingness to help whenever needed. His approach made a real difference to our stay. We also really appreciated the freshly prepared food every day and enjoyed spending time in the thermal spa and hydromassage areas, which were perfect for relaxing. Another thing we valued was the peaceful and quiet atmosphere throughout the resort, making it an ideal place to truly unwind. Staying in the Presidential Suite was a good experience. In our opinion, it offers the highest level of luxury available on Sal Island. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.
