“Convenient boutique hotel in centre of Plateau are”
Very convenient for the Plateau area of Praia with plenty of good restaurants in the immediate area. Nice little dining area, Variety of cocktails. Plentiful breakfast. Easy walking to centre of town. Friendly staff, lift. Small but sparkling clean bedroom. Friendly helpful staff.

“Central location, clean and modern”
Clean, modern and well-equipped. Great location (on the main walking street). Nice terrace for breakfast. It can be a bit noisy if your window (or balcony) opens towards the street. Parking somewhere in the nearby streets should be prepaid at one of the machines.

“A good choice for a pleasent stay in the old town of Praia”
If you don´t mind the distance to Quebra Canela beach (a 30 minute walk or go by taxi or local bus) and appreciate the closeness to Sucupira (market and aluguer terminal) and the "vibes" of the Plateau - charming Praia Maria Hotel allows you all of this.
