While it's a Holiday Inn "Express", it's a great hotel: Clean, modern looking and with extremely, helpful staff. I stayed in a "Suite" with a king bed. The room was clean, modern and with the necessary toiletries in the bathroom. The room overlooked one of the main streets, but it was very quite, even though I was on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was basic, with pastries, fruits and cereals. Nothing fancy. I believe you could order eggs. What is really amazing about this hotel is its very friendly and helpful staff. More about that below. There are a few restaurants in the area, but many close early (by 10 pm) on weekdays and on Sunday. I was caught off guard on a Sunday night. Nothing within walking distance (or even short distance by cab) was open after 10 pm. On the Sunday when restaurants close early, the only option you seem to have it to order and use the Rappi app for delivery, That too, can be a challenge since almost all the places stop delivery after 11 pm and a handful stop delivery at 12 midnight. I had a challenge trying to register my credit card for payment on the Rappi app. The front desk clerk was a godsend and helped me with this. As I was checking out, a staff member of the room cleaning staff ran down to hand over on item I had forgotten in the room. That is true dedication and great service!

“All that you need in a hotel! Plus more !”

Súper clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was amazing and complementary. The hotel’s location is highly safe and have cabs on standby 24 hrs a day! We’ll definitely be back soon. You may experience some street noise but besides that 4 stars!

Very close to the main part of the city park and restaurants. Staff are very courteous but hardly speak anything other than Spanish. An ok place to stay if you want to stay in the main part of the city. Street facing rooms have a view, most of the rooms have no city view. Breakfast has some options, and snack bar has very little to pick from. Tap water is not potable, bottled water can be bought at the reception. There is an Pizzaria on the ground floor of the hotel. Their kitchen exhaust somehow got into the AC, and I had to fight with the staff to get a different room. My friend had to spend a night outside of his room because it was becoming unsafe to stay in the room.
