“Attentive staff noticed personal item left in the room”
I have left items behind many many times in the hotels in the US and abroad. I made calls to the hotels and the response from the hotel staff varied from uninterested to my situation to friendly. “Great Central Location”
Rooms are nice. Needs improvement on the shower, is open and the whole bathroom floor gets wet. Bed was comfortable. Street a little noisy. Breakfast was excellent! But the best part was the staff.... they are very nice. Wonderful service.

“Beautiful room, great service and delicious food”

“Very good location to share ideas for businesses”
I’ve been with business people, environment in the Pancha Manka restaurant is perfect to talk and perform interviews... Andean Cuisine is my preferred... I love it... Building image enhances my branding when I meet with my fairy customers. Social areas are very comfortable, too. I love this hotel...

“Small rooms”
The hotel is close to the University and Exposition Centre but a bit far from the historical center, it therefor can be considered to be a business hotel.
