Lovely hotel with an excellent location and good facilities. We stayed in Room 625. It was nice and had plenty of space for two people on a four night stay. I am a lifetime titanium member and no upgrade was offered. that was ok the room was fine. We didn't have breakfast as we preferred to eat in our room. There is a little stove top and microwave and fridge so perfectly able to cook simple food for a couple of nights. this was important to us as we are away for 2 months and it's nice to cook for yourself every now and again. We didn't use the gym as we were out and about exploring, but it is in the building next door and is a big gym, not marriott owned so i expect it's nice. As others have noted there certainly was some noise from the ?gym, ?bowling arcade situated over/under and to the side of the hotel rooms. To be honest I was aware of it but can't say it disturbed me. It does say in the hotel room description that both a bathrobe and a toaster are in the room. This is not the case and they were not able to supply a bathrobe. i did't ask for a toaster, though it would have been nice. Otherwise we liked it and would go back.

Special thanks to Monica Sanchez, Rooms Manager, Harold at Reception, Paola of Housekeeping, and Dr. Becerra for their caring assistance when I twisted my ankle. Ms. Sanchez’ fluent English was useful in managing most of our concerns with the hotel.

“Good Stay With Minor Hiccups”

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The rooms were open, spacious, & clean. The breakfast was ok with limited hot dishes, but the fruits were always fresh. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The rooms were open, spacious, & clean. The breakfast was ok with limited hot dishes, but the fruits were always fresh. Coffee was pretty good & the service was very attentive, but @ times stretched a little thin. The only real issue I had was the last 2 days of trip, the shower hot water was only lukewarm/cool, no matter in the evening or in the early morning. Over all, it was a pleasant stay.

I stayed at this hotel several times this year due to its convenient location, wonderful staff and cleanliness. All these trades continue to shine at the Residence Inn, with exception to a few things, and sad to say, I will not return to this property in the future. During this stay, I was upgraded to a nice room that actually had two bedrooms, it was room 513, not that I needed that (more on tjis later). Unfortunately, I heard music both nights until 3:00am and then other loud noises of maintenance or who knows what, starting at 5:30am. The shower is almost impossible to work, either the water is too hot, or too cold, I could never get it right. It also takes almost five minutes to heat up in the first place. I noticed it on previous stays but it never really bothered me that much. Finally, I asked for a late checkout which was not granted. I was told it was based on availability, which is true, except if you are at a very high tier, in which case it only applies to convention hotels or resort hotels. Normally this would not have been a big deal, but it was the way it was presented to me from the front desk staff, which is clearly not the same as in the past. This issue bothered me the most because I was forced to leave early and it messed up my entire day's schedule. I spend a lot of money with Marriott Bonvoy for exactly these loyalty benefits. Well, I vented to the public. Overall this is a nice hotel, the staff at the restaurant is fantastic, and so is the cleaning staff. The noise is an issue though.
