“Cozy and very friendly staff”

The best location on San Martin Ave. The breakfast is included and has a lot of fresh fruits and juices plus local food. The rooms have wifi internet and are VERY clean. The bathrooms are small, but OK. The beds are very comfortable and you don't really hear any nose from the street traffic.

I was just down for a week of service work with a group from the US. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed, the location was excellent, and the staff was friendly and accepting of my broken Spanish. Room was not huge but in a city like Cartagena you shouldnt need to spend too much time in your room. Air conditioning cooled room down very fast. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a economic and comfortable place to stay

I really enjoy my time in this hotel, the service was really nice it has a good price and a perfect location, is located in front of one of the newest malls in Cartagena, also its 3 minutes away from the beach by walking, i 100% recommend this property

The best part of this hotel is the location. It is right in the center of Bocagrande. You can walk to all shops and restaurants, and it's a short taxi ride to the historic center. Directly across the street is the shopping mall entrance. You can walk through and access the beach directly on the other side. The room we had was very small, even with just 2 people we had to trip over one another constantly. The aircon was very strong but pointed directly over the bed (as the room is so small there is no other way) you either freeze or turn it off. The bed was comfortable except the pillows, though that's a personal preference. The WiFi was excellent and you can hook up a chromecast device and stream Netflix, etc. The bathroom was adequate however there is mildew and rot on the bottom of the walls. As is typical in this area, there is no hot water in the shower. It's not cold but certainly not hot. The breakfast is very simple with some breads and scrambled eggs. For coffee, I preferred to cross the street to the shopping mall lobby where you can get Juan Valdez coffee which I really enjoyed. The worst part of this hotel is the noise. I honestly did not get one good nights sleep. The walls are very thin. I was on the 3rd floor and the kitchen was on the second. There were always people working in the kitchen area all through the night and they make so much noise. Banging things with no regard for guests. There was a guy coughing all the time really loud. We also found the front desk staff to be very inexperienced.
