“A Hidden Gem”
I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Chicala. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was prompt. The room was spacious and clean and the air conditioner worked very well. “The best in the city”
The Hotel have a good service, the restaurant is probably one of the best you can meet in Neiva, personal is very polite alla the time. There is a Nice swimming pool and the hall is perfect to have a beer with relax. 9+ David from Italy

“Good Hotel, Great Service!”
This hotel is good. It has a sort of homy feel to it, which makes you feel comfortable and well attended. The staff is just so nice all the time. “Hotel Chicala Neiva”
Really friendly staff at the hotel. Rooms a bit dated but clean and bright. Breakfast included and nicely done. The area surrounding the hotel does not have a lot to offer, but Neiva is a very small town. Good place to base if you’re going to visit the Tatacoa.

“Small beds, nobody speaks English”
Hotel with swimming pool in Neiva. Beds are very small. No menu for breakfast, staff doesn’t speak English. Water in a pool rather cold. A lot of leaves in a pool Very good restaurant, flexible cook prepared something special for kids.
