“Excellent ”

Excellent rooms, clean bathrooms, great breakfasts and a good customer service. I didn't hear any noises at night. It is located in the city center, so it's easy to go to every place in Villavicencio. I think the price is quite high, because comparatively, the city is not that expensive

Stayed there for 5 nights while attending a sports event. At first impression, the hotel is nice. It is great that the rate also includes breakfast. It also has a restaurant that serves good food but with some issues (very slow serving the food and not always the right order). Rooms are fine, with A/C and fans. They also have a mini-fridge. Good closet space. Pillows were mixed, some too hard, some too soft. Beds were also comfortable. We had an interior room which is a good decision because the exterior face a busy downtown street. Bathroom was ok with a good shower and space. Because of the area, you may find some insects in the room. Something you can handle. The wifi was great. Also they have security, a nice thing in the area. Finally, the hotel has a free parking lot close by. All these positives are unfortunately outweighed by a substandard service. Most times, specially in the restaurant, the attitude was not the best and they seemed annoyed we were asking for certain things. It became so bad that we ended up going out and not eating there after the third day. Overall, there are other hotels in the area that may cost less and provide similar or better service.

I stayed here after a long road trip. The Hotel is located in the center of Villavicencio. The rooms are clean but very oldfashionend and loud. The bathroom was clean and I had warm water but the shower was only pipe. Food and beer in Restaurant are cheap but quality is nothing special. For around USD 50,- (COP 150.000) I have slept in Colombia in a lot better places.

I arrived in Villavicencio after a long and difficult night on a bus and wanted to spend a relaxing night in a nice hotel spending more than what i normally do, so i stayed here. The outside looks a bit oldish, but inside it is well refurbished, although not luxurious. The room is large enough, with a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen tv and a smallish bathroom. I find it incredible that in the bathroom even a hotel of this level only had a pipe as a shower. The rooftop terrace is very nice with a small swimming pool and a restaurant with views of the city and hills. The buffet breakfast is included and it s not bad but lacks in variety of offer as well as in the speed of getting things replaced when they finish. Also their only espresso and cappuccino machine was broken for the two mornings I stayed there. Overall is not a bad place to stay, although for the level of the facilities, service and rooms it is overpriced.
