Beautiful location, great rooms and amenities. Great service, the little pets going around and walking distance to the Parque del Cafe are a combined super bonus.

I am writing this review after six months, to make sure that what I write is not out of emotions, but out of reality. We stayed here while we visited for few days the "parque del Cafe" The hotel facilities are excellent, no need to describe it, just excellent for such a family oriented hotel. The people/staff at this hotel know how to care for their customers, we always felt at home. The management, the reception, the restaurant with so delicious food/coffee shops/bar/the additional amenities like swimming pool and sport field, and all the other facilities that I might leave out, were the best, and the people welcome you with happiness and truly desire to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

The hotel is conveniently located just a few miles from the town of Montenegro, Quindío. It’s close to other interesting places like Parque del Café, Panaca, Armenia, Salento, Quimbaya, and more. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were great. I was pleasantly surprised to find that a very good buffet breakfast was included in my hotel rate. However, there’s one downside: the hotel’s internet connection, especially in the rooms, is quite poor. If you’re planning a work trip to the Eje Cafetero and considering staying at this hotel, be aware that you won’t be able to work remotely in the rooms due to the unreliable internet. The internet improves slightly in the common areas, but the noise from other guests can make it difficult to focus. Overall, I’d recommend staying here if you don’t plan to work remotely, as the hotel offers a generally good experience. But if you’re going to work remotely, I’d advise against staying here because the internet connection isn’t reliable enough for videoconferences or online meetings.
