“Great stay!”
The spa was the best! Full recommended! Gorgeous installations and full of nature. Food was fine and the activities are also cool

“ENJOY AND ENJOY”
It was a fantastic hotel to enjoy our holidays, the kindness of all the staff was awesome, we really enjoyed all the services, amenities, infraestructure, meals, shows and entertainments, etc. We recommend 100%, specially if your travel is with your family, no doubts!!

“Excellent Customer Service - Policies can be improved”
The hotel is very nice and well maintained, the buffet offers a wide variety of food, the customer service from the waiters is EXCELLENT, but unfortunately the reception does not help to call for taxi, and they redirect you to another department where you are only provided the phone number to call,… more

“Family visit”
Hotel is beautiful, Great Rooms, comfortable and good space. Food needs to be improved, not well selected and needs to have careful preparation. Some staff members, specially for bar and snacks bar not very kind and answering question rudely.
