My parter and I choose this hotel based on locations. This Hotel is nothing about luxury, but it would be silly to expect a 5 stars hotel for the money we invested. All the shops, restaurants and the beach are walking distance. very convenient to catch public transportation to explore the island and do some shopping. The food in the restaurant was a very positive surprise as it was very tasty full of local flavours. The amenities are not the best but who wants a swimming pool when you have the 7 cooler sea a block away. Very small and basic rooms that were perfect for us as we want a place juts to spend the night. Very friendly staff always willing to help. For the kind of expiring tourist we are was just perfect.

My family and I stayed on the on vacation carabian hotel San andres, this was a very special occasion my mum's 85 birthday and to rest and enjoy are holiday after hard work through out the year.at arrival we were welcome in avert friendly way,good start. The room allocated to us have a lick in the shower,flooding the room into a very large and deep paddle,this was reported,we have to used the taw els to sock the water in order to prevent any accident,this was resolved two days later,by moving us to another room that the air conditioner did not work again two days of heat,the deposit box did not work eventually the have to give me the keys for it,but what made matter worse was the fact that the bar is officially to serve alcohol from 10 in the morning to 11 in the evening. However this was not case a table is left full with bottles of spirits,so guesses can continue drinking heavily and making noises to keep everybody else up,this was reported to reception but their response to it was that those buses are paying their money,have just arrive and they couldn't stopes them having a drink,when I mentioned to call the police some of the drunk guesses left,they were even staying in the hotel,the following evening the same episode took place in a worse scale,again the people at reception did nothing to stop the drunk to keep the noise down. The following day we spoke to the hotel manager who turn out to have even a less caring attitude than the receptionist , what can you expect if the captain can not navigate his own boat and have an attitude of no caring about anything but taking clients money. We stay for 7days and our towels were change only once because we requested, the only thing that was good was the food. Will I ever stay in that hotel ageing you can gust,of course no and I will certainly will not recumbent this place for people who want to have a break,under the circumstances my family and I face I will say that this hotel suits drinkers,alcoholics only,no recommended for family with pensioners or young children.
