My husband and I loved this hotel! Rooms are big and really clean, they have a living room, mini bar, air conditioning and a closet, the shower is great and has hot water, they provide shampoo and conditioner. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the breakfasts though is basic is very tasty. The location is good as it also has a mio station closeby. 100% recommended

I am writing this review from my room 510 right now. I checked in yesterday and planned to stay one night but so very pleased with the staff and the room that I decided to extend my stay for a few more days. The only negative is that the hotel needs some loving care, all the important things that need to work in a hotel are operational but just needs attention to small things here and there, like repairing the 2 ceiling fans above the exercise eqipment. Yep that's the bad but this is completely overshadowed by the great staff, the rooms are very very clean dare to say spotless, hats off to the lady that cleaned my room 510 this afternoon, I left in a hurry and she got everything looking organized and again spotless. I spent 3 hours in the pool today and in the exercise room, although the equipment is dated and a few tiles are missing around the pool area everything is operational and the pool itself is well cared for, very clean water, great day to relax and enjoy. I liked the free parking in a completely secure area next to the hotel. The breakfast, which is included, is basic but fresh and tasty and good coffee. The only reason why I can't give 5 stars is that the hotel is dated. I give the staff with it's great friendly customer service 10 stars if I could. The wifi can be a little spotty at times but hey I am submitting this review from the hotels wifi so it works. I paid 82.000 pesos for my room, I am solo, this in my opinion is a great value. The staff are really cool and friendly. I travel all through Colombia and I stay in more hotels than I can remember but must admit what a nice group of people to interact with here. The rooms are huge! Yes I recommend and I will absolutely stay again on my next visit to Cali.

“Nice facilities, Modern Architecture, large rooms”

While on an extended stay for dental work, convenient location near several popular locations, very accommodating staff, small but nice swimming pool t get sun and cool off, did I say BIG rooms with large sitting area.
