“A very good stay with wonderful views of the ocean.”
We had problems with the AC and closet falling apart. The next day the manager did his best to get us another Junior suite. After that the stay was very good and the AC worked wonderfully. “Vacation”
We enjoyed our stay at Jaco Laguna. Bed was comfortable, water was hot, resort and room were clean and the staff was awesome. What more do you need. The daily breakfast was so delicious. The tiki bar on the resort had great food and cold beers. Michelle is the best bartender! Beautiful place… more

“Could do with a bit of focus on all areas”
Stayed here for 3 nights as we travel Costa Rica, it was ok… room was pretty sparse and wasn’t cleaned (no new towels, no new bedding, bins not emptied) for the entire time which is weird. Breakfast was good, along with a meal we ate there… could do with a bit of a maintenance program
