We just returned from the most incredible week at Bosque where we experienced First Class service, truly fabulous accommodations, great weather and wildlife beyond my best expectations!! - Staff: The staff is so sweet, helpful and accommodating. They work together and treat you like family. Once they know a preference they remember and ask you each time aking you feel they really care! (and they do!) - Food: So much of it and so delicious! Every meal is fresh, local and abundant! We tried everything on the lunch and breakfast menu and it was all prepared perfectly. Dinner was a fresh buffet of local vegetables, meat and fresh fish. - Accommodations: Our private cabina was huge with a massive deck overlooking the ocean and the mouth of the gulf. The private shower is out of this world, outdoors as you look over the ocean and a Toucan watches you clean. Every detail is considered and You feel so relaxed there. Did I mention the bar and the delicious drinks... spent every night meeting new people and sharing stories and photos of the days adventures. - Flora and Fauna: you are in the rain forest but the gardens /grounds are magnificently landscaped. the details of the garden make it seem like you are in a castle. And we saw virtually every animal; macaws, toucans, dozens of bird species. May is baby season and we saw families of Spider Monkeys, Capuchin monkeys, Howler monkeys, Coatis, Peccaries, Tapirs, Ant eaters, lizards, frogs, the list goes on and on..... The trails on the 750 acres and swept almost daily and so easy to follow. I was up with the sun every day and felt safe walking miles of trails of jungle, or down to to the ocean for a bath in the water holes, or a shower in the water falls... Our friends who arranged the trip have been to Bosque 25 times over the past 30 years and they set very high expectations... But Bosque exceeded even our wildest dreams. We cannot thank the staff enough for their hospitality and how we were treated! Bosque is treasure on this planet and the crew has built a legacy ecosystem. Bosque is a once in a lifetime trip... and then you go back (2/3 of the people we met were multiple time visitors) We will be back!! thank you Bosque for this experience! Mike and Gay

There are no words that can fully capture the magic of Bosque del Cabo, but I will try. It's one of my favorite places on earth. This visit was our third and we will certainly be going again. Bosque and the Osa Peninsula hold such a special place in my heart - I immediately fell in love with it our first time there. Nature in its true wild form, animals all around, great people on the staff, incredible food and drinks, and a slower pace of life. I almost don't want to write a review because it's one of those things you kind of want to keep to yourself and out of the hands of people who won't fully appreciate it! ;) The hiking is fantastic - it's how we spend most of our time there, but there are a ton of great activities to choose from as well. One of my favorite moments of each visit is hiking down to the beach where you won't see hardly any other humans. I'm so grateful to the incredible stewards protecting this place and this land so that it stays wild. The sustainability practices are so thoughtful as well - all solar powered, water conservation encouraged, no TV, harmony with the wildlife, no plastics; just as it should be. We can all learn a thing or two from this incredible place. It's not the easiest to get to, but I like that. If you ever have the chance to visit - please respect it and tread lightly while you're there. It's one of the truly wild places you'll get to experience (while also being taken great care of).

“Magical Bosque!”

What a special place! This was my second time at Bosque and just as magical as the first. Scarlet macaws, tidal pools to soak in, trails to meet wildlife like anteaters!, night tour in the forest, everything I needed to completely unplug and enjoy the best of the Osa.

This is the third year in a row we have been to Bosque Del Cabo. Each year is special and the staff is amazing. From being picked up at airport to being dropped off, the staff goes out of their way to make your trip special. We saw so much wildlife that we didn't have to leave the property. There are endless hikes with so much to see. The hike down to the beach is a workout, but so worth the beauty once you get there. You can't go wrong with any of the cabinas. They have a view and lots of wildlife. Food is amazing served buffet style with lots of options. Thanks to the staff for welcoming us each year!
