“Good place to stay downtown”
I would probably give the hotel 4.5 stars. I had a challenging time finding the entrance to the hotel. The hotel entrance is where the cars are stored for valet. “Deluxe - no way.”
I was told they only had the deluxe room. I paid $120 per night instead of $80. Per night. There was nothing deluxe about the room. Very small TV on the wall. “Not up to par”
Great location downtown, room was very clean. Hotel has weird routing (reception is on a ‘mezzanine level’. The lift touch buttons don’t work well. Rooms are very bare (no tissues, coffeemaker, safe, etc.). 1 glass for 2? 1 small towel for 2.

It was ok. Clean. Beds are ok. View to a wall. Bang in the centre, though I don't know why anyone would want to stay in the centre of San Jose. The place is a dump.
