“Villa Tournon in Costa Rica”
This hotel in San Jose Costa Rica is the place to stay for the most delicious food and the most comfortable bed. They certainly cater to your every whim, beck and call. Safe and clean. You will like this hotel and want to return to CR

“Olde Worlde and pleasant”
We were greeted by Pedro who is porter, receptionist and waiter!! Restaurant food was good home cooking, grilled pork chop with mashed potato and vegetables was tasty. Decor back in the 60/70s, clean and acceptable. No air conditioning in room so luckily it wasn’t too hot.

“Old style architecture.”
Hotel appears to have been built in the 70's and is becoming 'thread bare.' Large room, ample restaurant food. Lots of artwork in hall and restaurant. Hotel is in an industrial type area, not really walkable. Friendly and helpful staff.

“Staff was outstanding but hotel was not”
We stayed the first and last night of our trip to Costa Rica. The first night the room was in poorer condition than the second night, although neither was good. “A place to spend the night”
Hotel Villa Tournon is a good place to spend the night. Unfortunately it is in the middle of a very busy street that happens to lead to highway 32 and therefore the noice of some of the trucks is in occasions unbearable
