“Very Nice!”
Very nice hotel. I don’t have to bring my good pillow when we stay here as they offer both hard and soft down (or similar) pillows. Most hotels only have those god awful thick foam pillows that feel like you’re sleeping on a rock. Beds are very comfortable. We always arrive a few hours before check… more

“Nice property, customer service always make it better”
Only stayed one night, on a later arrival (8/18/21) after 10 pm into the country with family. The room key did not work. I had to go down to the desk 3 times to resolve the issue by getting a new room assignment. Not one apology for the inconvenience from the front desk gentleman. Breakfast was goo… more

“Overcharged”
We stayed at this hotel a total of 11 nights. A 7 night stay, a 3 night stay extension and then one day extra. The purpose of the trip was medical and dental tourism at the CIMA Hospital. We stayed on the sixth floor. It took two personal return trips to this hotel to get my overcharges refunded. … more

“Payment of factura”
I was charged $200 USD on my debit card at check in. Then charged for my room at $70. To date I have not received any refund. Please check into and look after returning my over payment. This is very frustrating to me and I cannot understand the problem. Please advise ASAP.
