“Kudos to the Staff”
Great experience overall. This is a massive hotel with tons of potential. The staff was incredibly warm and inviting. The common areas are in decent shape. The bed and room are borderline acceptable. The shower does not get hot for at least 10 minutes. The toilet hardly flushes.
