The hotel is lovely and very well kept, the rooms were spacious and clean with much needed and very good air con. Towels changed daily with the exception of sunday, which was fine. The transfer was so well organised by Jet2, no waiting around and we were at the hotel in no time; the ferry was actually really nice. The hotel itself is quite small, but this gives a lovely feel to it, it is worth noting that there is no beach at the hotel, you access the sea via a jetty. The water is crystal clear and the kayak and paddle boards available to use mean you can explore the whole bay - we really enjoyed this. I would say if you have mobility issues then this probably isn’t the hotel for you, access to the jetty is steep and rocky and both the sea and the pools aren’t the easiest to get in and out of using the steps. Beach shoes are a must as it is pebbly, I purchased some at the on site shop for €10. Shop is great for anything you may have forgotten. The food was really varied and it’s clear a lot of thought and effort go into the meals. Breakfast and lunch were excellent. Rod gets a special mention at the pool bar - great guy and so friendly! The wine that is part of the all inclusive isn’t great, we ended up buying some from the bar each night. We visited Milna one evening which is stunning, we saw the sunset over the harbour and had a lovely meal. The hotel arranged a taxi - you can walk there but wouldn’t walk back as it’s not very well lit. I would really recommend this hotel, it’s in a beautiful setting and the staff are lovely.

“Excellent holiday”

I went with my family to this resort at the end of June. We stayed 11 days. The weather was perfect, and we had a great time there. We met wonderful people, including Maja (the resort manager), the reception staff, the main chef, John, Alex, and many others. Everyone can find what is best to eat. We weren’t hungry or thirsty. The shop is great, and I bought many things there. The rooms are clean. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel. Everything was excellent, and we would be more than happy to come back again, but there are a few things we would like to change. The stairs where you enter the water on the big platform by the sea should be repaired. It was a bit hard to exit the water (I would like for them to add one more step into the water), and the sunbeds are not as beautiful as the ones next to the pool (so you might want to put something on the Sign, because the current ones are made of plastic). I hope you will find solutions for these few issues, so we can be more than happy to return. Maja and Alex with our family.

We stayed at Gava Waterman Milna Resort & Cottages for a week in a Junior Suite. Overall, we had a very pleasant holiday, but I have to say it didn't quite meet my expectations of a 4-star hotel. The Junior Suite was quite basic, with limited amenities and only one drawer for the two of us to share, which wasn't ideal. Fortunately, my partner isn't too fussy, so we managed, but I expected more storage and better-equipped accommodation for the rating. The location, however, is absolutely beautiful, and the staff truly made our stay memorable. A special shout-out to chef Alex, who went above and beyond to accommodate my lactose intolerance. The coconut and raspberry sorbet was absolutely incredible, and I really appreciated the extra care that was taken to make my stay special. A heartfelt thank you as well to Eury and her exercise team for their enthusiasm and for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. I'd also like to thank the chef for sharing the delicious chilli recipe and for being such a warm and wonderful person. Although the hotel itself fell short of what I expected from a 4-star resort, the stunning setting and the kindness of the staff made for a lovely and relaxing holiday.

Stayed in the one of th cottages, I didn't realise how big the resort was, nevertheless it was spotless staff worked constantly to achieve this . Rod and Harim? At the beach bar worked hard to keep many nationalities happy the food was very good eggs served with a smile from a friendly Argentinian or a smiley Vw loving Mexican lady, all over seen by Cristian, gracias.! 20 min walk into beautiful Milna is worth a stroll, Lovely chuch nice marina bars too.
