Do not hesitate to book here, we attended for our joint birthdays/ anniversary and can not fault any part of the hotel. Staff in reception were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us, we stayed in Villa 5 so luckily didn't have to contend with the stairs as much as other guests and recommend a villa, lovely clean spacious with a nice outside seating area. We were half board and it was worth every penny, the food was outstanding, plenty of variety and quality. If I was being picky maybe more dessert options but not a massive problem. My wife is a celiac and Karen the chef was brilliant in making sure she had enough options for both breakfast and dinner, even making a special dessert on the last night. Good selection for breakfast and never felt rushed, think the coffee machines could do with an upgrade as they would often break down mid service. There are plenty of sunbeds and areas so no need to rush to find a spot, we were able to have a lazy breakfast and still find the same beds every day. The sun deck area is lovely and great views, watching the boats fill up next door was very hypnotic. Pool was decent, though only used it once as the sea was so inviting and the gym was ok for cardio. My wife had a massage and loved it. Nice drinks menu and the bar staff constantly working. Really nice walk into the town but the main pull was the hotel, it was quiet, chilled and adult. First hotel I have stayed in where I wish we had booked longer, I feel we will return one day. A perfect hotel/ location/ holiday.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at Hotel Milna Osam and had a lovely relaxing holiday. We wanted a very quiet laid back holiday and that is exactly what we were rewarded with. The hotel food is great but the local town also has some very good restaurants. As many people have said there are no lifts as this hotel is built into the side of a hill, so not suitable for people with mobility issues, however, I had a knee replacement 16 weeks before I arrived and I managed fine, in fact the steps helps with my recovery. The staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. When you first arrive after a long trip don't struggle with your bags, leave them at the foot of the steps and go to reception and if you ask the team will take them to your room. The hotel will arrange a trip to the mountains and to Bol for €35 euro each which is well worth doing. A bus can take you to Supetar and the regular ferry service can take you to Split and Hvar. Also well worth doing is a boat trip to other islands, SeeYou speedboats is a very good company to use, but not cheap. What could the hotel do to improve: The ferry is a 30/40 min walk away but is only 200m across the bay. I think the hotel could think about a shuttle bus in the very hot weather or a small boat to take people across the bay, having said that if you take your time it is a pleasant walk.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this hotel. The location was stunning set on a hillside in a very picturesque harbour. We chose a fourth floor room which had a very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Our room didn’t have a sea view but came with two allocated sunbeds which were located on the club deck which did have a sea view. This was also on the fourth floor. For this we paid a premium which for us was so worth it. We decided to go half board as the reviews stated it was good value for money. They were not wrong. The food was lovely. Breakfast was buffet style with a variety of fruits, yoghurts, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, cold meats, cheese, salad, bacon, eggs, sausages, pastries, waffles and pancakes and a selection of breads. The evening meal was three courses chosen from an al a carte menu with a good variety of fish, meat, pasta and rice dishes. I am a coeliac and this hotel was brilliant. I have to give a special mention to Karen the chef as she went above and beyond to make sure I had delicious food. She made special desserts, pancakes etc. In fact all the staff at this hotel were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We definitely will return next year. Thank you once again to all the staff for making our holiday so memorable for all the right reasons.

Be prepared to carry suitcases up many stairs when you arrive…that is the only negative. We had a sea view double room on 3rd floor and view was stunning and watching yachts coming and going was very relaxing. We were bed and breakfast only and the breakfast was lovely and the staff always checked on food and replenished when required. If you want a full English go to Benidorm. We used the sun deck on 4th floor and the views were stunning and there were always enough beds to go around…we did not find out until our last day that the deck is exclusive for 4th floor rooms, this is a fault of the hotel who did not make us aware or provide signage. The walk into Milna takes a steady 15 minutes along the marina and about 30 minutes for the ferry. For reference we had lovely meals at Dario’s and Palma and not so good at Silka(next door to Dario’s and owner rude to customers). Would definitely return and highly recommend.
