“Nice hotel , good location”
August 2025 Great location in a wonderful part of town. The staff were very accommodating, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The rooms were spacious and very clean. “Great location. Very nice rooms.”
It was just pure luck that we found this place. Centrally located, Room was great and we had a small (a bit scary) balcony. Nice to sit on the balcony and look at people passing by downunder. “Super Accommodation!!”
This is a fantastic place to stay in Split. Not really a hotel, as there isn’t a full time reception but the rooms are excellently appointed & spotlessly clean. Tina was a very pleasant host & was happy to help however she could. Would definitely recommend a stay here - very reasonably priced too.

These rooms are set in the red building of the square to the right ! There position is ideal to local restaurants and the main marina strip called Riva ! Comfortable room albeit bit small has everything you need for short stay.
