“Great location and view”
This is by far the best self stay accommodation available. Fantastic views and you are right on the water front. Great locally owned cafe/restaurant across the road serving wonderful food. Well worth the stay if you are in the area.

“Great location, modern boutique feel to the rooms, good value”
good pick for a night or 2 in Split - very comfortable bed, good shower, super clean - was a little concerned about street noise but things got quite after 11 pm so no biggie. It is up a couple of flights of stairs (with no lift) so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

Villa Olea is located right in the City center, so i’d give it a 10/10 for location. “Excellent Apartment, Extremely bad manager ( Marko )”
Great location, walkable to every attraction in Split. Decent rooms with good facilities. Cannot check in after 10 pm.
