Before anything, this is not a hotel, this place is an apartment which has the basic necessities you’d need. It was pretty standard and what we saw from images etc is exactly what you got. No lift, no safe in room. The room included a twin bed, wardrobe with no hangers, two chairs, desk, kitchenette with cooker, fridge, cutlery, plates and pots available to use. Bathroom towels included. The bathroom also included a small washing machine.The best thing about this place is the location, it’s a 8 minute walk into the main town which is so beautiful. We found 3 beaches, 1 sand beach which was over crowded and a 30 minute walk from the hotel. The other beaches were peddle but much nicer in my opinion and they were 40 minutes walk from villa Spalatina. Super safe to get around at night. Restaurant choices were great, I loved the food. All in all this place was decent and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Depending if your room is in Apt A or Apt B, the confort and decor of your room will vary a lot. We stayed there 3 nights and only was the second room made us feel good. Depending if your room is in Apt A or Apt B, the confort and decor of your room will vary a lot. We stayed there 3 nights and only was the second room made us feel good. However, it from walking distance to the old town which is a plus. There is no real parking as displayed in the ad, but if you are lucky enough, there might still have spots left to park the car nearby.

“You get what you pay for”

If you're looking for a three star hotel with a hot breakfast and a mint on your pillow you should look elsewhere. If you're looking for a three star hotel with a hot breakfast and a mint on your pillow you should look elsewhere. However, if you're looking for a cheap and clean place to drop your bags, walk down to the city center, come back to sleep and take a shower in, then the Spalatina is a great deal. Our only complaint was the lack of secure parking. The building sits on a back lot off the Main Street and it's just packed with cars parked everywhere to include the sidewalks. We had a hard time finding parking for our three motorcycles it was so packed. Ended up chaining them together. A plus is that it is located about a 5 minute drive from the Ferry Terminal, which made for an easy morning transfer to Brac.
