Recently stayed at this resort and had an enjoyable time. This is a massive resort and despite staying for a week could still get lost. I would say this resort is mainly for families and kids. It has most activities they would want. Our room was fine with everything we needed but two big negatives. The shower cubicle was very small but even worse was the balcony. It was solid concrete on all sides with no view whatsoever ( room 112 ). We did ask, as did many of my fellow travellers,if we could change rooms but unfortunately we were the only couple to have our request turned down, pity. The food was good,if not spectacular. The salads and desserts were good but sometimes the main courses were poor. I would not return to this resort for the simple reason it is basically catering for children. If that's what you want you will love this place

There were many small shortcomings at the hotel. Large towels were missing several times, even though we had already complained about it earlier. The toilet paper ran out multiple times as well. One of the cleaners locked us inside our room even though she clearly saw us going into the room, and we even spoke briefly. Most of the staff spoke English, but several of the cleaners only spoke Croatian. A fuse blew, so we couldn’t turn on the lights or charge our phones. The breakfast was good at first, but it became very boring after eating the same breakfast for a whole week. The quality of the breakfast was not the best possible either. We stayed in the Villa Marija room, and when booking the trip we were told that no outside noise could be heard in the room. However, this was not true. Every evening for the entire week, music could be heard from a nearby building where older vacationers were “partying.” In addition, absolutely every sound from the neighboring room could be heard — from keys rattling to watching videos and conversations. Interestingly, when you were in the bathroom of your own room, you could not hear anything the other people in your room were saying. However, all the bathroom noises from the neighboring room could be heard in our room. Overall, there was far too much noise in the evenings. However, the service at the reception desk was good, and fortunately the problems with the room were fixed within one day. Fortunately, we spent most of our time in the city, by the pool, or otherwise away from the hotel, so we did not have to deal with these issues constantly. —————— In Finnish: Hotellissa oli paljon pieniä puutteita. Isoja pyyhkeitä puuttui useamman kerran, vaikka asiasta valitettiin jo aiemmin. Vessapaperi loppui useamman kerran kesken. Siivooja lukitsi meidät huoneeseemme, vaikka selvästi näki, että menimme huoneeseen ja juttelimmekin lyhyesti. Suurin osa työntekijöistä puhui englantia, mutta siivoojista useampi puhui vain kroatian kielellä. Sulake paloi, eikä valoja saanut päälle tai puhelinta ladattua. Aamupala oli aluksi hyvää, mutta se kävi erittäin tylsäksi, kun samaa aamupalaa söi viikon ajan. Laadullisesti aamupala ei ollut parasta mahdollista. Yövyimme Villa Marija huoneessa, ja meille matkaa varatessa kerrottiin, että huoneeseen ei kuulu ulkoa meteliä. Tämä ei kuitenkaan pitänyt paikkaansa, vaan joka ilta viikon ajan kuului musiikkia vähän matkan päässä olevasta rakennuksesta, jossa lomalla olevat vanhemmat henkilöt ”bilettivät”. Samoin viereisestä huoneesta kuului kaikki (KAIKKI) äänet. Avainten kolistelusta videoiden katsomiseen ja keskusteluun. Vessassa ollessa omassa huoneessa et kuitenkaan kuullut mitään mitä muut huoneessa puhui. Kuitenkin viereisen huoneen kaikki vessa äänet kuului meidän huoneeseen. Illalla meteliä siis liikaa. Asiakaspalvelupisteellä oli kuitenkin hyvää palvelua ja huoneen puutteet korjautuivat onneksi yhdessä päivässä. Onneksi olimme suurimman osan ajasta kaupungilla, altaalla tai muuten vain pois hotellilta, emmekä joutuneet taistelemaan näiden vastoinkäymisten kanssa kokoajan.

“Not your normal All Inclusive”

Good points.... Good location on the beach. Extensive grounds with lots of areas to sit or play. Plenty of sunbeds. Very clean everywhere with staff picking up debris all day. Comfy beds. Good points.... Good location on the beach. Extensive grounds with lots of areas to sit or play. Plenty of sunbeds. Very clean everywhere with staff picking up debris all day. Comfy beds. Lovely pool but deep all around. You have to pay extra to go to the indoor pool. Not so good points.... You have to pay for pool towels so bring your own. All inclusive is restricted; only red or white wine, you have to buy a bottle of rosé for 30 euros if you want it. Local spirits only and most of the mixers are flat. You have to pay 8 Euros for a rickety plastic sunbed on the beach with no umbrella. The food is very samey and a bit meh. We ate out a lot for some variety. Entertainment is very amerteurish and geared for mainly French people. The beach is all pebbles and difficult to get into the sea as there are rocks on the sea bed.
