“Great place, Great customer service”
My partner and I are currently staying here for a few days! It’s been a great relaxing stay! Miguel has been so helpful and has outstanding customer service skills We will definitely stay here again!!

“Good place to stay in Pinar del RIo”
Good Hotel in the center of Pinar del Rio, clean with air condition, WIFI (small fee) and friendly service. Hotel is only in few minutes distances to good bars and restaurants. We stayed one night with a family.

“Tobacco Trip”
Very nice attention, rooms well prepared and the meals were very nice, in my opinion the staff have a lot of commitment with the service and they really cares about their clients. My trip was very good.

“restaurant review”
I have visited this restaurant for lunch. there was only one family & one couple eating here when I visited. this is a beautiful dining room. linen on the tables. the service was very good. the food was OK.

“Beautiful, old, great service, NOT handicapped accessible”
The hotel is in the middle of town--so ifyou want something quiet or out of the way, I don't recommend. ALso--all of the rooms are on the second floor--and there is NO elevator, just a large 2 level staircase. It's beautiful, but we were traveling with someone who walks with a cane and has diffic… more
