Our stay at Paradisus Los Cayos was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the beauty of the resort and the warm welcome set the tone for a truly relaxing and memorable vacation. The property itself is stunning — pristine beaches, crystal-clear water, and well-maintained grounds that make you feel like you're in paradise. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was the staff — especially the bar crew. The service was consistently friendly, fast, and full of positive energy. A special shoutout goes to the Royal team & Raico and Yoana, who went above and beyond every single day. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel valued and taken care of at all times. They didn’t just serve drinks — they created an atmosphere where you wanted to stay, relax, and enjoy every moment. Whether it was a perfectly mixed cocktail, remembering our preferences, or simply sharing a smile and conversation, they elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to come across a team so dedicated and passionate about what they do. Overall, Paradisus Los Cayos exceeded our expectations. Between the beautiful setting, great food, and outstanding staff, it’s a place we would absolutely return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Cuba.

Despite of what is happening in Cuba, the people working at the resort are very resilient. Everyone is happy and very helpful. We booked a swim out with royal service and it was worth it. Our butlers Ari and Yesser did an outstanding job fulfilling our requests and they always made sure we were taken care of! The resort itself was fantastic even though not all the amenities were available due to the low volume of guests during this time but it did not affect our enjoyment of our vacation. Plenty of food, no lack of drinks or hot water etc. we had a very good experience here.

We are having an absolutely incredible stay at **Paradisus Los Cayos**, and we can’t say enough wonderful things about this resort! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so genuinely warm and welcoming. The hospitality here truly stands out — every staff member greets you with a smile and goes out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained. The grounds are spotless, the landscaping is lush and tropical, and the rooms are kept very clean and comfortable. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the property looking its best every single day. A very special thank you to **Eunice ang Janhna our butlers**, who made our trip extra special. They were attentive, kind, and always one step ahead of anything we needed. Her professionalism and warmth made us feel completely taken care of throughout our stay. We also want to recognize **Noellie and Jasmin at the pool bar** — they were fantastic! Friendly, energetic, and always ready with a refreshing drink and a big smile. She truly made our pool days even more enjoyable. **Largo at the snack bar** was equally wonderful. The service was quick, cheerful, and welcoming. It was always a pleasure stopping by and being greeted so warmly. And a big thank you to the **breakfast buffet staff** — every morning started off perfectly thanks to their attentiveness and friendly service. They kept everything well stocked, fresh, and beautifully presented. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful property, amazing staff, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. We like this hotel, its staff, facilities, and services, and location, so we returned for a second visit this February, opting to stay again in the Royal Service section. All was comfortable and almost up to the high standards as last year in spite of the severe economic difficulties Cuba is experiencing. Meals, beaches, and entertainment functioned well. Facilities, internet, and gardens were in good shape. But our vacation was cut short a week earlier than scheduled as the shortage of jet fuel prompted Canadian airlines to “evacuate” all clients. Disruptive, yes, but the staff at Los Cayos handled the situation graciously and smoothly. Butlers Ari, Eunice, and Asser and restaurant manager Raphael were especially helpful. The resort was fuller than usual because guests were moved to this hotel from others in the area that were not full just as we arrived.
