Just leaving after a week of fun and relax. 4 families, children included. If you are searching for a place in Ayia Napa to enjoy with friends and family, this îs the place, Atlantica Callisto. Located in the beach, with a short walking distance from all the inportant sights in Ayia Napa, including Nissi Beach. Good food, Many things to enjoy. We could not thank enough the staff, for making pur stay delightfull! If you are considering visiting Ayia Napa, your accomodation should be Atlantica Callisto!

“Great staff location great food warm swimming pool and warm sea”

This Hotel is absolutely fantastic.The food is great,the staff are great very warm pool.Warm sea 10 minute walk to the next beach although theres one right outside the hotel but a bit rock.Other beach is crystal clear and blue.Choice of 2 free a la carte restaurants a week.Everything is well locat… more

This Hotel is absolutely fantastic.The food is great,the staff are great very warm pool.Warm sea 10 minute walk to the next beach although theres one right outside the hotel but a bit rock.Other beach is crystal clear and blue.Choice of 2 free a la carte restaurants a week.Everything is well located round the hotel.Plenty of sunbeds.15 minute walk into the strip.Very atensive waiters always asking you if you need a drink at the table at food times.And always close on hand to remove your used platos.Try this place you wont be dissapointed. Thank you atlántica and were starting our second week now

So arrived at 1am at the Atlantica ,reception were quick to check us in and even had sandwichs & cakes available if we were hungry.Gentlenen gave told us our rooms were just round the corner from reception which they were.He put our 4 cases on the trolley and took us, stopped at my daughters room h… more

So arrived at 1am at the Atlantica ,reception were quick to check us in and even had sandwichs & cakes available if we were hungry.Gentlenen gave told us our rooms were just round the corner from reception which they were.He put our 4 cases on the trolley and took us, stopped at my daughters room he was up there for a while thought he got lost,came down took us to our room. He opened our door,we went in told us our safe was in the wardrobe so I said thank you ,I put my case down ,unzipped my case and I looked up and the man was still standing with the door wide open ,Obviously he wanted a tip which I felt very forced to give him only had €10 so wasnt to happy .Spoke to my daughter and he had done the same with her ! Hotel room was a real let down ,nice and spacious but very basic and dated ,first hotel room Ive walked in in years and thought how disapointing . While going the toilet I could wash my hands at the same time. 1 bottle of water for 3 people in the fridge. Bed wasnt changed once in the 12 days I was there because the same make up spot was there the whole time,did get clean towels. Pool was lovely and snack bar was great , staff work hard to keep it clean. Main food Hall ,food was nice most of the time , drinks bar got really busy and staff worked hard but drinks were thrown at you as they only had 1 staff most of the time serving so cant blame them. Entertainment in the day ,Aqua Aerobics that was it didnt see anything for kids. Entertainment at night no thought put into it ,it was shocking and the kids entertainment they did a few songs to dance too and that was it. Location was good easy to get to everywhere. I did enjoy our holiday ,just wouldnt say it was a 4 star !

“3 star hotel”

Tui Blue is known for its high quality hotels and nice service but this hotel is no way more than 3 stars. Not so service minded stuff almost everywhere, especially in bars. A bit better in restaurants but still. It is our first visit and also last visit in Cyprus.
