We are on our final day here at this hotel and it has been nothing short of amazing. The staff, the Hotel, the food. Everything has been absolutely fantastic. There is no way that this is a three star Hotel. We have stayed in many four and five star hotels and this is definitely up there with the standards of a four or five star Hotel. The buffet at night had an amazing selection of food from all different places around the world. There were many different selections of salads, pastas, there was always at least three different types of meat to choose from and three different types of fish loads of different potatoes and the desserts were outstanding. I love the thoughtfulness of a beautiful cheeseboard which was available every night as well. Not only do they have the inside food area. They also have the rooftop pan Asian restaurant which was absolutely phenomenal we thoroughly enjoyed our Three course meal that was complementary for guests that are staying for seven nights or more. We would’ve happily paid extra for this meal though as it was well worth it. The little poolside restaurant served up fresh food to go like burgers wraps pizzas loaded fries is a really good idea for people who don’t wanna leave thepool side at lunch to go and sit in the main restaurant and the food is really fresh and really tasty. The daytime entertainment offered sportsactivities such as darts, water polo and archery, which was really good fun and gets you up off your sunbed and the teamwork really hard throughout the day all the staff are really attentive and work really hard behind the bar in the restaurant on reception and the cleaners make the rooms spotless every single day we really would struggle to find fault with this Hotel and will definitely be returning.

After a two and a half year gap we visited the hotel for the third time in May. We really enjoyed our stay and the food, staff and amenities still excellent with them now having built the annexe 2 building with a new pool, including a roof top Pan Asian restaurant. The views and atmosphere in the restaurant were lovely and although we are not sushi lovers, we did try some and thought the main course of teriyaki chicken was really nice too. In the main restaurant there is a wide variety of foods available and therefore even picky eaters will not go hungry. The drinks are also good with a wide range of cocktails including non alcoholic options available. Snack bar is excellent with everything cooked fresh from a menu. Miss Ele and Marios still fantastic hosts but we did miss a few of the old faces Ali, Effin, Dino and Margaritas who are sadly no longer there. Regardless of this, we felt very welcomed as repeat customers and would like to thank you all for a fantastic return visit.

Just back from another fabulous stay at this amazing hotel.Staff are brilliant friendly and welcoming! From reception to the lady who cleaned our room (exceptional every day ) to the dining room and bar ! 5⭐️ Ele the manageress is so lovely and nothing too much effort always smiling and approachable! The only thing that we found was the sunbeds were sooo close together but understand that hotel was very busy at this time May x Food is exemplary! This was our 8 th visit and we are back in September! I would highly recommend 5⭐️

“Second Visit - Great Hotel”

Location - Excellent. The hotel is within easy walking distance of both the beach and the main shopping area. Location - Excellent. The hotel is within easy walking distance of both the beach and the main shopping area. We even walked to Nissi Beach on a cooler day (around 45 minutes), which was absolutely worth it. We also took the bus to Protaras – a great trip. Fig Tree Bay is beautiful, and we returned there again in the evening to enjoy the tribute acts in the bars. An all-day bus ticket costs just €6, which is great value. The statue park is also a short walk away from the hotel, and worth walking to. Food - Without a doubt the best food we’ve experienced at an all-inclusive hotel. I’m not a fussy eater, but I have struggled at other hotels. That definitely wasn’t the case here – quite the opposite. The variety and quality were exceptional, and there were so many great options that it was impossible to try everything. Huge credit to the chefs. Rooms - We upgraded to a premium double room with a side sea view. The room was spacious, the view was great, and the bathroom was more modern than last years twin room. There’s no balcony, but that didn’t bother us as we don’t tend to use one, and the bi-fold style doors allowed us to open up the space nicely. Cleanliness - Spotless throughout. All areas of the hotel are very well maintained. There were new sunbeds around the main pool and new pool towels as well. (You’ll need a €10 cash deposit per towel, and they can be changed every other day.) Noise Levels - no issues, even though our room was opposite the lifts. Service - Truly exceptional. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in their work. A special mention to Job in the buffet restaurant and Marios at the pool bar, who were both brilliant. Ele, the General Manager, is fantastic – warm, kind, and clearly a great leader who sets the tone for the whole hotel. We were invited to her ‘returners’ meal, which was a lovely touch and a great chance to meet other guests. You leave feeling less like a guest and more like a friend, which is something quite special. We don’t usually return to the same hotel, but this was our second visit – and that says everything you need to know.
