This is our second time visiting Sanca Napa and it wont be the last. We have had the best time. The hotel is lovely and clean, the cleaners do a fantastic job, the cleaner we had cleaning our block (deluxe building) always had a smile on her face, always said good morning, she was a joy. Our room was lovely only 2 years old it was perfect for what we needed, added bonus having slippers and a dressing gown to use. The lifeguards do a fab job keeping everyone safe (even the people you don't see everyday, chef's, reception staff etc all do a great job) The food was very enjoyable, we always found something to eat. Perfect location minutes from the town and from the beach. Atmosphere was fantastic, the animation team do a great job, always smiling, engaging as many people as they can, they are great to be around. I love the fact there is music playing around the family pool and I also love the fact there is a quiet pool if you want some quiet time. A BIG shout out to Valerie and Marios, they are fantastic, they work really hard (as well as the other bar tenders) but they are more engaging, always smiling wanting to know how our holiday was going, we had a such a good laugh with them both. We will miss seeing them and thanks to those guys we met some lovely people who we now class as friends. We are looking forward to coming back next year. Thankyou for a great stay.

Travelled as a family. Young boy and older girl along with our parents. We stayed in annex 2 and it appeared the pool closest to this area was only adults. Children aren't allowed inflatables which I feel let this hotel down. People reserved beds and towards the last few days there were no available beds after 10 if you haven't reserved one. Drinks were average lemonade and coke both tasted funny. Lots of cocktails available with all inclusive which was good. The food was well cooked and a good variety but not quite as good as other 4 star hotels in cyprus. We visited the pan Asian restaurant this was enjoyable and the views were spectacular. The room was lovely and clean and the towels were replaced each day. We were awoken 2 nights out of the 7 with people shouting and doors slaming which is no fault of the hotel but this happened to wake our children also. The staff were all friendly and the entertainers really made an effort and were enjoyable. The biggest let down for this hotel is the curiosity shower room at the end of your holiday. The area was red hot/ no air con and was flooded there are 2 public showers no dressing room area to get dressed. We then had to pay 40 euro deposit for 4 pool towel just to have a shower at the end as we hadn't hired the pool towels. This is the only hotel that doesn't give you a towel for a shower. This experience really put a dampener on the end of the holiday so would advise to keep your room longer of available.

I will try to give a very balanced and honest review of our recent stay at Atlantica Sancta Napa Resort. There were genuinely positive aspects, but also serious issues that families should be aware of — especially if considering the bungalows. Arrival & First Impressions We arrived at 10pm and were only offered sandwiches, which was disappointing after a long day of travelling with two young children. We had booked a Bungalow with Inland View and Terrace in what is advertised as a four‑star hotel. Based on our experience, I strongly advise not to book the bungalows at all. I genuinely feel that guests are placed in the worst possible bungalow first, almost as if to push families into paying for an upgrade. The room we were given was completely unsuitable for a family with young children. The bungalow was nowhere near four‑star standard: • The terrace was open to the main road — the wall did not run the full length, meaning our children could walk straight out onto traffic. • Tiny wardrobe. • Only two hangers, which were meant to hold two towels. • No bedside lights. • No shelf in the bathroom. • The bathroom tap was so rusty that rust came off every time we used it. • Only one bottle of water is provided for the entire stay- that’s the case very every room! • Teas and coffees are not replenished at any point- again, for all of the rooms. • Overall, the room felt two‑star at best, despite being sold as part of a four‑star hotel. We complained immediately. We were told this was “the room we booked” and that no other rooms were available. This was not true — ten minutes later we were shown six different rooms with enclosed terraces. As a result, we wasted an entire day of our holiday inspecting alternative rooms instead of enjoying our break. In the end, we had to pay €240 to upgrade to a family room that finally matched the four‑star standard we had originally expected. The food was genuinely lovely — varied, fresh, and consistently good. This was one of the strongest positives of the hotel. The Asian restaurant is nice, but families should be aware that the kids’ menu is extremely limited — just two items (popcorn chicken and fried rice). Children do not get starters or desserts, so our kids ended up eating ours. The pool area has several inconsistencies: • You must pay a €10 deposit per towel, and towels can only be changed every other day. • No inflatables allowed, yet many people were playing ball games in the pool. • There are no‑smoking signs, but people were vaping/ smoking all around the swimming pool area with no staff intervention. • The lifeguard was extremely rude — blowing his whistle at 5:55pm every evening to force everyone out, even though the pool closes at 6. • He then immediately started putting umbrellas and chairs away while guests were still sitting on them. • On one occasion, he even removed clothes that were hanging up to dry. The entertainment is poor. There is supposedly a weekly “show”, but I would genuinely put show in quotation marks — it is extremely basic and not what you would expect from a four‑star hotel. The kids club is okay-ish, but supervision is questionable: • Staff do not close the gate. • We witnessed a mother frantically searching for her child who had escaped the kids club while supposedly being supervised. • Opening hours are limited: 9–12 and 3–5pm. Late checkout requires additional pay which is expected , but: • You must move rooms, even if you had a family room all week. • We were given a standard room for two people, despite being a family of four. • You cannot secure the room until 24 hours beforehand. • You are not told which room you are moving to until the day of checkout. This creates unnecessary stress on the final day. The hotel advertises two à la carte restaurants: • The Asian restaurant is lovely. • The Italian restaurant is closed and only available to guests staying in the sister hotel next door — something not made clear when booking. Table service at lunch and dinner- drinks only- is inconsistent — staff take your order once and do not return. It is essentially one drink order per meal. There is a newly purchased hotel next door, with swim‑up rooms and a noticeably higher standard of décor and facilities. It looks fantastic — modern, fresh, and genuinely four‑star. However, it appears that photos of this newer hotel are being used to advertise Atlantica Sancta Napa Resort, which is misleading. The difference in quality between the two properties is significant, and families booking based on those images may be disappointed. The food is excellent and majority of staff are friendly, but the issues with the bungalow, safety concerns, misinformation, poor entertainment, and inconsistent standards significantly impacted our holiday. If you are travelling with children, do not book the bungalows. They are unsafe, mis‑sold, and nowhere near four‑star quality. Based on our experience, it genuinely feels like guests are placed in the worst bungalow first to push them into upgrading.
