The hotel is on super perfect location. The rooms are Super clean. The views From my room Was amazing. The lobby bartender EHSAN IS very helpful and freindly. Soon we will be back.

What a wonderful stay at Constantinos Theo great Hotel! Honestly, the staff made the whole trip — so warm and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying ourselves. You could really tell they cared, not just going through the motions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was lovely and peaceful with easy access to the beach. During the day, service at the lobby bar was fantastic EHSAN The lobby bar tender is helpful.—But honestly, it's the people who made this stay special. Can't wait to come back!

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but sadly this will be our last visit. The standards have noticeably declined, which is really disappointing. Our stay got off to a poor start. Although this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, Jet2 coaches no longer drop guests at the hotel entrance, meaning we had to walk from the main road with our luggage. This was especially difficult as my parents are recovering from hip and knee surgery. It would have been helpful if the hotel offered assistance with luggage for guests in this situation. The hotel signage also has several lights missing, giving an unwelcoming and run-down first impression. When we arrived at our room at 2am, there was no complimentary drinking water, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the bedside tables still had cup marks left by previous guests, suggesting housekeeping standards have slipped. My parents’ room has no working air conditioning, and they were told that a replacement panel has to be ordered from Spain. Unfortunately, this isn’t an acceptable solution when guests are staying in the middle of summer. The food was disappointing and lacked the quality we have experienced elsewhere. If good hotel food is important to you, I would recommend Cavo Maris instead. The pool towels are very worn and in need of replacement, and the bath towels are also old and didn’t smell fresh – in fact, they had an unpleasant food odour. The shower also floods the bathroom floor, so you have to be extremely careful. While some members of staff were friendly and welcoming, others could be more approachable and remember basic customer service and manners. That said, there are still some positives. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main strip, the beach is beautiful, the rooms and hotel décor are perfectly pleasant, and the pool-side balcony views are lovely. Overall, this hotel has always been one of our favourites, which makes this decline all the more disappointing. We hope management addresses these issues, but unfortunately, after this visit, we won’t be returning.

We holidayed in this hotel for 10 nights in June. We were half board. I'm not one to give negative reviews but here goes! Positives -Beautiful hotel building - Amazing views - Evening food delicious with plenty of choice - Breakfast standard -Friendly reception staff Negatives -Despite the lovely building it is neglected in many ways - indoor plants dead/communal areas not cleaned etc -Room not cleaned properly. Floor superficially cleaned but surfaces only wiped over once in 10 days . Thick dust and a piece of rotten fruit ( not ours ) under the bed ! Staining in toilet/bath that a bit of bleach could easily rectify - Bath towels grey and frayed - Most times - missing towels/dirty cups not changed/replaced -Gym equipment not updated since 1970s. Missing weights etc - Sunbeds tatty/stained/some broken - Pool area floor not cleaned and dirty Overall this hotel is not a 5* I would say a 3* I cannot understand how this hotel maintains a 5* rating. I have stopped in much better 4* hotels in Protarus that should be 5* . But saying this the price you pay for this hotel in not a 5* amount !!! Despite all of this I still had a fabulous holiday . Protarus is one of my favourite places.
