Absolutely fantastic holiday at King Jason Protaras! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfect. The hotel is immaculate, the food is outstanding, and the service is second to none. A very special thank you to Nicolas, the Manager, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail make every stay so special. You truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. A huge thank you as well to Azhen by the pool for the amazing service, always with a smile and making our days by the pool even more enjoyable. In the restaurant, Andre and Maria were exceptional. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine care made every meal a pleasure. They are a real credit to the hotel. It’s the wonderful people who make King Jason Protaras feel like a home away from home, and they are the reason why we want to go back. We've just enjoyed a 7 day stay at the King Jason. Can honestly say we've had a fantastic time, really relaxed and chilled. The staff are absolutely fantastic and deserve recognition. They truly can't do enough for you and go above and beyond always. Asen, the pool waiter is so cheerful, he served us for our first couple of days of our holiday and by day 2 remembered our preferred drinks order! The other pool waiters are also fantastic, regularly asking you for drinks and then delivering them to your sunbeds, i unfortunately didn't catch their names. Maria in the restaurant at breakfast also deserves a mention, she was really sweet and very welcoming. Remembering from day one that I liked a decaf coffee with my breakfast! The food is great, there is a good selection and was always piping hot. I think this is because it's a slightly smaller hotel so they arnt making huge portions to keep warm under a heat lamp! We did choose to eat out quite a few times as the main protaras strip is a 10 min walk away. My partner is very fussy food wise so he did struggle with food choice sometimes but this is completely his own fault and nothing to do with the hotel. Ill pretty much eat anything so never had an issue. Breakfast options were always great, only thing I would say is that I would have liked a slightly bigger selection of fruit. Pool areas are clean, tidy and well maintained. There are plenty of sunbeds and they're super comfy too with really thick mattresses and built in pillows. If you want one of the round beds in the middle of the pool, you need to get up a bit earlier as these do get reserved early but they are incredibly comfy! Our room was great, clean and tidy with good facilities and complimentary extras which are a nice touch. The bed and pillows are some of the comfiest ive ever experienced in a hotel! Rainfall shower was amazing!! My only minor gripe is that our balcony was very narrow and also the balconies are right next to each other only separated by a clear glass screen so no privacy if both rooms are sat outside, however we only sat out on the balcony early evening so not a huge issue. We also booked a couples massage at the spa and OMG what an experience. Genuinely one of the best massages ive ever had! We both felt revived afterwards! Its a must do! The whole vibe of the hotel is very relaxed and chilled with it being adults only and we have genuinely had the most relaxing week. I would highly recommend anyone stay here and I would definitely stay again!

If I could give the King Jason Protaras more than five stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly left, every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The people are what make this hotel truly exceptional. Every member of the team is warm, friendly, attentive, professional and always smiling. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they genuinely seem to love what they do. They make delivering outstanding service look completely effortless. A special mention must go to Maria, Andre and Tarek in the restaurant, who were simply superb. Their warmth, attentiveness and professionalism made every meal a pleasure. Dennis and Assan at the pool bar also deserve enormous praise. They work incredibly hard, yet never fail to greet everyone with a smile. They are attentive, polite, professional and are an absolute credit to the hotel. They are brilliantly supported by the rest of the pool bar team, who were equally fantastic, along with the lifeguard, who works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. Every single member of staff contributes to making this hotel so special. The food was, without question, the best we have ever experienced at an all-inclusive hotel. The chefs deserve huge recognition for producing such exceptional food day after day. Everything was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh and of an outstanding quality. The salads were delicious, the hot food was always piping hot, and there was an excellent variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dining never felt rushed, the tables were beautifully laid, and the waiting staff were attentive and efficient throughout. Our room was immaculate every single day, with excellent facilities and breathtaking views across Fig Tree Bay—the perfect finishing touch. The pools were lovely, never overcrowded, and there were always plenty of comfortable sunbeds available. We also loved the thoughtful extras, including the complimentary beach bag and the wonderfully large, thick beach towels, which were freshly laundered each day and smelt absolutely divine. The location couldn't be better, right beside the stunning Fig Tree Bay, making it easy to enjoy both the beach and the hotel. The branded drinks and excellent cocktails were another welcome bonus and really added to the all-inclusive experience. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The King Jason Protaras is a truly wonderful hotel, but it's the incredible people who make it unforgettable. Thank you to every single member of the team for giving us such a fantastic holiday. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Without doubt, one of the very best holidays we have ever had 🩷
