**Hotel Review** Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing for several reasons. * The guest welcome and check-in experience were very poor. There was no warm welcome or proper introduction to the hotel. * Many of the staff members have limited English skills, which made communication difficult at times. * Drinking water is only available from the tap, while bottled water must be purchased separately. * There is no background music during meal times. The dining area feels very quiet, and all you hear is people talking. * The food selection is very limited for an all-inclusive hotel and does not meet expectations. * There are no freshwater showers near the beach, so you cannot rinse off after swimming in the sea. * The breakfast selection is also very limited. * The snack bar is supposed to open at 10:30 AM, but it often does not start serving until 11:30 AM. Since snack service is only available for a short period, losing an hour makes a big difference. * The children's disco is advertised to start at 8:00 PM, but it usually starts around 8:30 PM. * The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. It was difficult to sleep, and we often woke up with back and rib pain. * The toilets are located far from the entertainment area, meaning guests have to walk all the way back towards the reception area to use them. * Entertainment is very limited, and on some evenings there is no entertainment at all. * The main positive aspect of this hotel is its beachfront location and sea views. It feels as though the hotel is selling the view rather than providing a quality all-inclusive experience. * Another positive point is that some of the staff members were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated being allowed to continue using the hotel facilities for a few hours after our check-out time. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful location, but the facilities, food, entertainment, and overall guest experience fall well below what we would expect from an all-inclusive resort.
