The Stamatia Hotel, Excellent!!! Very clean and the room was spacious, the bathroom was very nice too and we had a balcony overlooking the sea and town centre. We had two single beds which was a bit hard and needed a mattress topper to make the two single beds a double bed and the reception asked what type we would like and when we got back to the room everything was done. Perfect!!! The staff at the hotel are warm, welcoming and the following members of staff are amazing!!!! “Wonderful vacation”

We had a wonderful staying at Stamatia Hotel. The hotel is very good located, few minutes of the city center, very close to the Aya Napa Limanaki port, the beach is a 3 minutes walk and the bus station is very close. We had a wonderful staying at Stamatia Hotel. The hotel is very good located, few minutes of the city center, very close to the Aya Napa Limanaki port, the beach is a 3 minutes walk and the bus station is very close. You can take the bus and visit the famous blue flag beaches: Niki, Macronissos, Landa, Konos Bay, Fig Tree etc. Also Pantachou, a blue flag beach, is very close and nice. The staff was very polite and helpful, the food was good, the rooms were simple and clean and the general atmosphere was very nice. Special thanks to Marian and Mrs Eleni! We enjoyed the pool in the last day, after check out, while we were waiting for the transfer bus to the airport. We recomend this hotel, it was better than we expected for a 3 stars hotel! “Good location”

Very good location, close to the beach and the high street with all the shops and restaurants. Several supermarkets are located right under the hotel. Very good location, close to the beach and the high street with all the shops and restaurants. Several supermarkets are located right under the hotel. The people working at the reception are nice and polite. Rooms The rooms are spacious and clean. Towels are changed daily upon request. Bathrobes, a hairdryer and a safe are also included in the price. Wi-Fi in the rooms also works without problems. Restaurant The selection of food is not large, but the food is tasty, well seasoned. Outside area The swimming pool is small, and during the holiday season it would be very difficult to find a sunbed. Cons of the hotel Very small lifts (only two), tight and even claustrophobic. Drinks at the bar in the evening are served in plastic cups, regardless of whether you drink wine, beer or cocktail. During the day, this is understandable for health & safety reasons, but we were shocked that with the all inc option you get a drink in plastic, and if you want to pay because you don't have the all in option, you get your drink in a glass or, for example, coffee in a cup. As if the all-inclusive option was a free gift for the rented hotel and not that we paid extra for it because the hotel offered various options. The hotel does not provide towels for the swimming pool, even with the all inclusive option, it is possible to rent a towel for the hotel swimming pool for an additional fee of €3 per towel every change. This means that with daily use and replacement it amounts to around €6 per day. So it's best to bring your own large towels. Of course, you can buy them in the city and prices start from €8 for small towels, we paid €22 for two larger ones on the promenade. Taking up sun loungers in the morning by leaving towels. You need to be prepared that if you don't leave a towel in the morning, you may forget that you will find a place for yourself around 9 a.m., for example. This happens in many hotels, unfortunately this hotel has very limited space because it is not very big and there are not enough sunbeds. The hotel service is quite nice and polite, but the older woman who worked in the bar made a less positive impression on us. She was just plain rude. When we asked for iced coffee, we were told that he wouldn't make it for us because he had to whip it up and it was not included in the all-inclusive options and that he could make it for us if we paid, it was shocking because the information regulations clearly stated that it was possible to order such a drink. Overall, the hotel is ok for European standards and has a great location close to shops, bars, the port from which many cruise ships depart, and a nice sandy beach a minute's walk away. However, the management should work on small things that are very weak, namely sorting guests and treating those who pay for their own drinks, e.g. drinks, better than those who also paid for the all-inclusive option because it is not a free option by purchasing a package holiday.
