We spent two weeks at this hotel with our family, and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The reception staff deserve a special mention as well – they were always welcoming, professional and attentive. Whatever question or request we had, they were happy to help and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel even has a doorman, Raj, just like you would expect at a high-end hotel. He always opens the door with a smile and helps guests with their luggage. A special thank you to Raj for making us feel so welcome! We would also like to thank the entertainment team for all the fun activities and great atmosphere. A special thanks to Anastasia! The rooms are cleaned exceptionally well every day. The food is delicious and varied, with plenty of choices. You can also visit four à la carte restaurants at no extra cost. At the Brazilian restaurant, there is an additional charge of €8 per person. To be honest, however, the food there did not impress us as much as we had expected. There is a great selection of drinks. The cocktails are delicious and made with proper ingredients rather than just basic mixes. There is even alcohol-free beer included at no extra charge, as well as milkshakes and iced coffee. Another nice touch is the handmade ice cream, which is always available in a variety of flavours. We really liked the system with the sunbeds. They are assigned to each room, so there is no need to rush to the pool early in the morning to reserve one. You can also change your assigned sunbeds if you prefer to be closer to or further away from the pool. The water slides are great fun for both children and adults and really add to the holiday atmosphere. The only downside for us was the high humidity. You start sweating almost as soon as you step outside in the morning, but of course, this is related to the local climate rather than the hotel itself. One small observation regarding the pool: we saw it being cleaned every morning, which was reassuring. However, we did not see whether disinfectants were added or how the water was treated. With so many people using the pool throughout the day, the water naturally became noticeably less clear by the afternoon. It would have been reassuring to know more about the water treatment and disinfection routine. Overall, we had a wonderful two-week family holiday and were very satisfied with the hotel, the food, the facilities, and especially the friendly staff. //Igor

We’ve not long returned from a 10-night stay at Sunrise Oasis and wow, what a fantastic holiday! ☀️ We first came to this hotel 14 years ago in our 20s and loved it then, but it honestly wasn’t half as good as it is now! We’ve now returned with our two children, aged 4 and 9, and they enjoyed every minute. Our room was spacious, with the children having single beds in the living area. We did get a bed guard for our 4-year-old, just in case. We had an inland-view room on the 4th floor, which overlooked Lidl across the road and, behind it, Luna Amusement Park. We visited the park once during our stay. The food on the all-inclusive was great. Every day there was something new to try and it was always delicious. The hotel also has four restaurants that you can book, and I’d definitely recommend doing this as soon as you arrive because they can book up pretty quickly. We enjoyed every restaurant, but Lemongrass Pan-Asian was my favourite, while my partner loved the Brazilian. Having your own sun loungers is an absolute game changer! No more 5am wake-ups to try and get a sunbed. 😅 If you’re not happy with the location of your loungers, the staff will try to move you when people leave throughout the day. You also get fresh towels every day, so there’s no need to take loads in your cases. There’s a QR code on your loungers which allows you to order food from the snack bar. You can then collect it around 10–15 minutes later, which was so handy! The pools are great, and my children absolutely loved the water park. My youngest even made friends with all the lifeguards! ☺️ There are activities going on throughout the day with the entertainment team, including water aerobics, volleyball and splash bingo for the kids. The evening entertainment was good too, with something on every night we were there. The kids especially enjoyed the disco, which was on from 8:30–9pm. The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and genuinely can’t do enough for you. The bar staff especially work so hard, and in that heat it really is incredible. I loved my iced coffees in the morning and a pina colada in the afternoon! 😬🍹 Overall, this hotel is definitely going to be hard to beat. The location, facilities and just how easy the hotel makes your holiday are spot on. We genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing! We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. ❤️☀️
