⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant stay — made extra special by the team! From start to finish, our time here was wonderful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully tidy everywhere you go — it really makes such a difference. The waiters also deserve a special mention too; they work so quickly and efficiently, always making sure everything runs smoothly without any delay. But what really stood out was the amazing staff. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic — full of energy and always making sure everyone felt included and happy. A huge special thank you to Tunder and Anastasia, who were truly incredible: so welcoming, loving, caring, and went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. They have such lovely hearts and made every day brighter! We also want to give a big shout-out to Suzi behind the bar — always so cheerful, joyful, and welcoming, serving with a big smile every single time. It’s people like them that turn a good holiday into a memorable one. We can’t wait to come back — highly recommended!

I won't go into loads of details, as ai agree with the other 5* reviews and I'd just be repeating them: * Friendly staff * Always wanting to go above and beyond (always wanting the improve) * Refreshing to see the hotel manager mingling with guests * Dine around cincept amazing (I've never had this before, only a la cartes on site) * Ice cream from ice cream cart amazing * Concept with snacks was very good * Rooms spacious * The hotel is immaculate * Very close to the strip. * Etc etc etc etc. 1 point to note: When I booked, I didn't realise how family orientated it was going to be. I realised this after reading many more reviews and joining social media groups for the hotel. If you are a couple, don't be put off, as the adults only pool/area is bliss. Very peaceful and a dedicated bar. It was nice to have a mix of both pools, but knowing you have a peaceful place to return was idilic. Thank you for a great stay, it really didn't let us down.

Excellent staff, great service - food variety was lovely, branded alcohol included, amazing ice cream! Option to have 4 other restaurants 1x a week was fabulous and all included. All the staff are amazing but Ali on the snack bar and Prince at the pool bar were so lovely, Richard the Guest Manager asked us about our stay and was really kind. Great location near the strip and the beach, kids pool, main pool and Waterpark really great with music! We were able to sneak to the adult pool which is so calming as well. Good entertainment for the children in our family. Would definitely come back even without family as a couple as great for adults too!
