We (myself, husband, 2 daughters 7&5) have just returned from this hotel, and it was right up there for being great in every aspect. I just wanted to share some info on the hotel for anyone thinking of going or have a trip here coming up. Check in was really quick and easy, it was really late due to delays at Gatwick but the staff were all really helpful. We had room 107 this faces Lidl and over looks the mini golf. Great size room, had a massive king bed, 2 sofa beds, dining table and kitchette, bathroom had a bath with rainfall shower head and a detachable shower head also. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. As a whole the hotel is constantly being cleaned, from the toilets to the lobby, bars and restaurants it’s spotless. Pools are great, the towel guys on the first day were really helpful going on the seating map and taking us to our chosen beds. We had bed G45 which was on the grass. We preferred this as it wasn't too crowded. And we thought the beds closer to the pool always sat in water (ironic I know 😂) and felt really bunched together. The slides are great, there are two slides you can go on with the kids under 8 which is the yellow and red one. They also close the slides at lunchtime. Kiddies pool great for the babies and the adults pool was nice as it felt secluded. The pool has something going on all the time especially for the kids, whether that’s bubble works, mermaids in the pool, characters walking around. If you have kids then this will be perfect for them. The kids club is really good by two only went on the last day and we couldn’t get them out of there. Throughout the stay they have activities for all kids to join in on whether that’s the manic show, disco in the playground, pottery class, pizza making, T-shirt printing and rock painting. There’s a social bar on the lobby level that has shuffleboard, billiards, and bowling. These need to be paid for and range from 10€ - 30€ for half hour. Or there’s a games room down stairs next to the pool toilets which had a pool table, air hockey, football table for 1€. There are massive tvs in the social bar and outside by the pool bar. Which was good for the football. Evening entertainment was alright. Mini disco at 8:30pm and then something like ABBA or a comedy act. Pool bar is great, great selection of drinks, ice coffees and teas, beers and cider on tap, ice cream and milk shakes. Staff are lovely. In the morning before lunch the ice cream cart comes out and they serve snickers mango oreo coconut and the standard flavours in cups or cones. Food is really good, the buffet isn’t massive but we thought that was a good thing as the food was more fresh and hot. Breakfast is the same every day from your usual full English, continental meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, overnight oats and yoghurts. Lunch changes every day same as dinner time. This was always good and had something for everyone including my youngest who basically just eats beige food. Salads were really good, always fresh and had a different variety. Pasta station done penne or spaghetti and a choice of bolognaise, carbonara and arabiatta. Fresh oven backed pizzas were always on the go too. The à la carte restaurants need to be booked up and quickly, we only managed to get the Brazilian, they only had a 6pm sitting and we were literally the only ones on there. The food was great and tasty but felt rushed. My cousin was staying at a different hotel but went to the lemongrass (this was paid for) and she said that that was really good and had really nice waiters and service. Location was really good you can either exit the hotel on the left towards Lidl and this takes you down to the Eden and onto the strip. Or you can go right and just next to the hotel are some villas which has a path this takes you towards belles and bliss bar on the strip. So all really close. We loved this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and it was always clean and well kept. Staff were fantastic and we would highly recommend this to anyone.
