We are currently here, and all I can say is make your own mind up regarding this hotel. Yes it’s dated, but it’s clean. The food is very good for all inclusive and there is plenty to choose from. Pool -Whilst we did not partake in sun bed wars there are a few people that do, when there was no need, as there are always beds available. However in the height of the season I can imagine it’s harder to get a bed and umbrella where you want to sit, but there is full sun where ever you sit. The main pool is busy and loud as this is where the children play and the entertainment is done. The pool by the apartments is a lot quieter. You can use floaties and there are life guards on duty whilst the pool is open Food - there is a lot to choose from. I’ve never eaten so much. The only thing I can say negatively is it can get cold quickly as there are no hot plates. Rooms - they are tired, but clean (which to me is more important). Facilities (that we have used) - pool towels are available and can be changed every 3 days, you can also take them to the beach. WiFi - is chargeable but you can get on to it in public areas for free Safe - this is chargeable depending on who you’ve booked with, and it is €2 a day. Location - this hotel is a fair walk to the strip, but doable, however you can get the bus and it is €2 each and €3 each after 9.00pm There are a couple of bars / restaurants nearby, a pharmacy and supermarket too. There is a small beach near and it is council owned. It cost €10 for 2 beds and an umbrella. The sea is like a mill pond, there are public toilets and a Costa behind you. All in all this hotel has exceeded my expectations due to the negative reviews I read before arriving. The way I see it if you want the Ritz then pay Ritz money.

Visited here with the Family for our first family holiday in years. I have been to Cyprus many times before and i have always enjoyed my visit! The hotel is in a excellent location with many restaurants and bars within easy reach and i would say it definitely has something everyone would love. Protaras strip is within a 30 minute walk and along the beach front there is a very nice path to walk down that gives you the opportunity to see different things and activities along the seafront or you can get a taxi for around 12 euros from the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially behind the front desk if you have any questions they are always happy to help you or give you information and they don't make you feel like you are bothering them. The general vibe of the hotel is nice and relaxed ( when i visited anyway). They have 3 pools the main pool and a slightly smaller pool towards the side of the hotel and an indoor pool. I found the one around the side of the hotel was much more peaceful and all pools have easy access to the bars! On arrival our room was ready and it was easy to find. The first thing i noticed was how clean the entire hotel and rooms were the entire time throughout the trip. The maids were friendly and always did a very good job and you always went back to the room with it smelling fresh and clean. The food selection was pretty good and i think it would be easy for anyone to find something they like, they have themed evenings but always have some repetitive food for perhaps the more picky... chips, pizza and chicken nuggets! They were pretty good too! The food always seemed fresh and well made and presentable. I did like that they don't let you wear anything when going to eat they do keep it to a nice standard. Serving staff were good at ensuring you had drinks and everything you needed. The all inclusive is definitely great value. A few reasons why i did not give 5 stars... Before i had even finished chewing my food on the last bite they were trying to clear my plates, i understand they need to stay on top of things but it made you feel rushed and staff leaning over my plate when collecting glasses and plates. I saw a lady do something disgusting with the serving spoon which i told the staff...they did manage it and clean up and change the spoon but it upset that nothing was said to the lady...imagine if i didn't see. People with no etiquette will only do it again... and she was picking food from the serving plates with her hands! I personally find this very gross and i think something should have been said to prevent it happening again . An incident happened on my parents hotel level which was dealt with many hours later but i feel this should have been dealt with quicker due to the nature of the incident and it took away time from there holiday. I feel the hotel could have done a little more… although the hotel can’t control people’s bad behaviour they can do more to ensure guests are looked after when something does happen. The hotel it self is very safe and I am sure this was an isolated incident but I would have expected a little more support that’s all and in quicker time. I would still highly recommend this hotel and I can say I did have a lovely holiday.

upon arrival late at night discovered no linen on beds, went to reception, guy questioned this, came to room to verify it, said no housekeeping on now il get linen tomorrow, I said not acceptable. managed to get linen and made our own beds. complained next morning didn't seem to be bothered. But on a brighter note, apartment lovely, food good. not much entertainment went to station pub ( fab place)

“The pool is the main seller here !”

We recently stayed at TSOKKOS Gardens for a 7-night all-inclusive holiday. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the pool area, which was lovely and well maintained. The location was also excellent, just a stone’s throw from a beautiful little beach and within walking distance of the marina. However, the hotel interior feels very dated, and some of the hotel’s procedures also seem outdated. While I’m not a fussy eater, I found the all-inclusive food to be quite mediocre and not of the best quality. In the end, we ate most of our meals from the snack bar, which was actually better than the main restaurant. However, the menu there mainly consisted of toasties, burgers, and chips, which isn’t ideal when you’re staying all-inclusive for a week. This wasn’t just my opinion either, as many other guests commented that the food quality had declined, so I do feel this is an area the hotel needs to improve. I’d particularly like to mention Angela from the snack bar, who was always friendly, welcoming, and smiling. She was a real credit to the hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the great location and lovely pool, but improvements to the food quality and modernization of the hotel would make a significant difference to the guest experience.
