Lovely hotel, lovely staff, great drink! One of my favourite holiday places and I would come and visit the Leonardo Laura Splash Resort again in the future. Thank you to all of the staff for being so lovely, Amber was especially great!............

“Fantastic resort, everything a young family needs and more”

Tui, from the start of our holiday two adults, two children aged 9 years, they couldnt be more helpful, we arrived very late but they made sure we had food. Ursi was our receptionist I think that's her name, she looked after us so well. I was taken ill on the flight over and she helped my partner with the children. Just brilliant. Kids club and entertainment wedding use but saw it every night. I recommend booking your reservations for the other restaurants as it breaks up the diet from the usual all you can eat. However the fresh cooking stations had some incredible food. Our favourite was the Greek Taverna, make sure yougo hungry there is so much food. We weren't fussed on the burger restaurant, whilst nice service was slow and it was quite normal. We paid to keep our room as it was a night flight, and it depends on how many hours you want yo keep it will depend on cost. You pay to put luggage in safe room and you can book shower rooms. Pools and splash park were incredible. You must take your pool towels back to the she place to retrieve your towel card. One next to breakfast area and one in splash park. Lovely and clean, resort. Room cleaning wasn't the best but they kept it tidy. I have had a greater level of cleanliness and attention to detail in other hotels. Sweeping the corners of the rooms and under bathroom sink etc same bits of tissue etc there all week. We loved this hotel and splash park and highly recommend it to families

The hotel is amazing and the staff are so, so friendly. The food and drink is great. I would definitely come here again for another holiday! “Don’t book here.”

I came here for a week end of April to the beginning of May with my 14 year old son. The entertainment was rubbish, we sat round the pool near to the waterpark. I didn’t see any entertainers. I came here for a week end of April to the beginning of May with my 14 year old son. The entertainment was rubbish, we sat round the pool near to the waterpark. I didn’t see any entertainers. The entertainment on the evening was next to nothing, me and my son would go back to our room around 9pm unless we went out of the hotel for food. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the sea and pool area. The air con was on and off. The food was basic. The only decent food in the hotel was the gyro at lunchtime. Worst I’ve ever tasted. There were 4 al a carte restaurants however they aren’t all open on the same day. We managed to get booked into the burger restaurant on the last night of our stay which was nice. The drinks were rubbish- drinks tasted cheap and not like Pepsi at all, tasted like they was watered down. The fire alarms were constantly going off throughout the night. Happened on 3 or 4 separate nights to the point where we had to evacuate the rooms. Now on the 3rd day my son fell ill on a night time, which resulted him in having to go into hospital. The receptionist rang the doctor and we got a taxi to the hospital after being told he needed to be seen. This hospital turned out to be a private hospital which I wasn’t told about till they started demanding for money. This looked to be a money scheme between the hotel and hospital. After we came back to the hotel, no one asked us if he was any better etc. The hotel is full of rude people who push past you to get into the lifts or to get a drink. Don’t waste your money going here. I wish I took more notice of all the other bad reviews before I booked this hotel.
