Outside areas for guests need more attention. The beach bar area seems to be left in a disorganised state each day. Maybe the guy that clears glasses from everywhere ( who does a great job) could also take a few mins to keep the tables and chairs tidy after guests have vacated them. Also, please could a member of management check on the pool side toilets. The paintwork, especially inside the toilet doors, look as if they've been ignored for years. They look very grubby and tatty. Certainly don't match the rest of the hotel. The staff work incredibly hard but maybe just a few tweaks are needed.

“Amazing”

We have had an amazing time. The staff were lovely, especially Samir. He always made sure we had everything we needed and he always made the effort to come and talk to us. 5 stars to Samir! The food is also amazing, we will definitely be back! :) :)

Wow. I love this place and this hotel and staff are amazing. I read some reviews, staying its clicks here, but after going, I understand why, but in a bad way. Some guests we spoke to were at 18 years of visiting, so I'm my opinion that's why some people would find it clicky cus the staff know them like friends. We were made to feel that way, too. Food was great and plentiful and not fish at every other dish, the only thing I did miss was cold cooked meats at lunch time to have with my salad, did this bother me no it's just something I always see and have at the buffet. Drinks were table service at evenings, which may be long at times we ordered 2 each, but most AI holidays only allow 2 drinks per person. Staff was always busy and even did a spot of entertainment, which was a lovely thing. Our room was on the above the reception and main road which doesn't bother me as I only sleep there but had everything we needed, walkin shower, fridge was stocked with a large bottle of water, 2 cans of pepsi, 2 friut juices andc2 sprite that were replaced. Uk 3 pin sockets in the rooms, which I wasn't expecting and had taken the adapters. Kettle and coffee tea sugar were supplied in the room to and those small milk cartons. At night, if you leave the balcony door open, we could hear the traffic go by and people speaking. Now for the bad bit, room key is on a heavy brass fob for the electric/ aircon. This was soon taken off and left it the electric as I didn't want to carry that about lol. Entertainment team, I did find clicky, as they seemed to gravitate to their own nationality and not ask people to join in, but was that because they can judge who will join in. They are always doing new things but are annoying at times. Evening entertainment was hit n miss for me. The lady on the violin was like watching paint dry, screeching noise, and nothing special, and her guitar player mate was a sour faced and didn't smile once. Elvis was good night if you like him but got most people up dancing so was a result there. Quiz night was also a good night, but giving the answers straight after the questions was a fail as you only needed to wait for the answer to win the prize. Onsite Italian was also yummy, and you need to book it ASAP as slots go quickly. Beach is lovely with sun loungers just for hotel guests and non guests were asked to move on. Sea is rocky (so i was told), so beach shoe maybe required hut I didn't go in as it was a bit rough out there. Sun loungers were plentiful and there were umbrellas over them and little tablets. Book away and enjoy.

The Hotel staff we're lovely. They we're always happy and very efficient. The bedrooms we're very average they definitely weren't 4 star plus standard. The food was very good and a good selection. I am gluten free and unfortunately I felt it lacked in that area. They did have some gluten free bread rolls but you had to ask. They didn't have much fish on the menu which was disappointing. They lobby area was also used as the entertainment area which wasn't the best idea as all the guest arriving came through the lobby. One evening we had 2 couch loads of people during the evening when the entertainment as on, with everything going on it was hard to hear the entertainer. In all I would say this hotel is a 3 star plus.
