“Noah the entertainment guy”

The bed is amazing, food is very good, noah the entertainment guy is a good laugh and great at interacting with others, the night concert is amazing and there is always something to do while at this hotel and the day activities like aqua zoomba are a blast and surprisingly fun.

The entertainment is amazing. So much to do when you’re here. You’re never bored and the staff and the entertainment crew are funny and they are so good to everyone who’s here. They are chatty and always there to listen. The drinks are really good and the food is immaculate. Noah from remarc international is very chatty and loves to interact with people and he always manages to crack a joke and I do recommend coming here

This hotel is lovely. The staff are very helpful. The drinks are better than some all inclusive ive been to. Food was plentiful and delicious. This hotel is lovely. The staff are very helpful. The drinks are better than some all inclusive ive been to. Food was plentiful and delicious. Can't comment on the entertainment because we didn't watch it. Pools are cold, but once you're in its nice. Sunbeds... get up at the crack of dawn to secure the ones you want. Harbour is within walking distance, but if you have little ones like us, it's a bit to far. Taxi to venus beach from the hotel is 40euros return. (You can catch 2 busses) Venus beach is beautiful and wish we found it sooner, but not much else around so take a pack lunch or take a walk to the lidl close by. Rooms at the hotel are ok. I wouldnt say they're the cleanest. When we arrived we had two rooms between our guests and both had toothpaste splatter on the taps and up the mirror. The floor still had hair and clumps of dust on it, and on the floor under the table, there were breadsticks which stayed there our entire stay... the maid also forgot to make up our room on a few occasions. It didn't dampen our stay, but it was our experience. Overall I would say its a lovely hotel, but some areas need improving.

The hotel is “alright”. The rooms are spacious, beds are adequate but the rooms are not cleaned to a high standard. However, cleaning staff are lovely and friendly. The food is good with a large variety to suit everyone, drinks are poor and only wine or beer is offered at meal times (not spirits). Cocktails- poor- different every time and some taste like very strong cordial. Sitting outside is much better as the room can get quite noisy and chaotic. The gym is inadequate- shouldn’t advertise having a gym as the equipment did not work and the free weights were just odd weights (no pairs) Both benches were broken. The gym was locked every morning and guests had to request for it to be opened. The gym was untidy on entering in a morning. The hotel is in walking distance to the harbour and Faros (Lighthouse) Beach. Venus Beach can be accessed via a taxi for 12 euros (one way) This beach was lovely but a little secluded (not many bars or restaurants near it) The entertainment ‘in house’ entertainment was poor and repetitive compared to previous all inclusive holidays we have been on, however the external entertainment I.e. live singers/ shows are good. The hotel would benefit from external entertainment every night. Travelled with wife and two young children (both under 3) The pools were great although only one toilet available to use. There was also no baby change to access outside or when dining. We had to use a sun lounger or go back to our room. Unfortunately for us we would not return as the clientele here spoilt it. (There was a lot of people drinking too much, screaming at their children and generally being quite loud and inappropriate) Also not providing free bottled water was a negative point for us as we have been given water on all previous holidays: This hotel provides a tap to use to fill up bottles of your own. We had a pleasant holiday but will look at 5 star in future.
