“Best pool and pool staff in Santo Domingo”
The Jaragua is a good hotel. Great room options and good food. But the best part of the hotel is the swimming pool. Specially the staff. Cristian, Emil, Castro, Pablo and Joaquin. My son and I stayed here early April & enjoyed out stay for the most part. We really enjoyed the lounge access. The snacks offered in the lounge in the earlier part of the day, could use an upgrade. “Terrible customer service”
They argued about the price of a dish, literally claiming that they misunderstood. They didn’t. It was specific. The bartender repeated exactly what I asked for.
