*Review of Blue Spa Resort - Hurghada* _Visit Date: August 2026_ I just got back from a vacation in Hurghada and I have to share my experience, because Blue Spa Resort was completely different from any other hotel I’ve stayed at before. I was looking for relaxation, a clean beach, and good food. But what I found was way more than that. It was the treatment, the respect, and all the small details that make a big difference. Arrival & Reception From the very first moment I walked into the hotel I didn’t feel like just another guest with a room number. The vibe is calm and relaxing, the reception is spacious, air-conditioned, and has a simple beachy decor that instantly makes you feel comfortable. But what really won me over was the reception team. I arrived around 11 AM and official check-in was at 2 PM. I didn’t expect early check-in at all. But the opposite happened. They welcomed us with a smile and real Egyptian hospitality, with cold water and juice. Then they worked hard to get us a room early so my family and I wouldn’t have to wait in the heat. Special thanks to Mr. Ali Eissa at Reception Here I have to stop and talk in detail about *Mr. Ali Eissa*. He’s a truly respectful person and a perfect example of what hospitality should be. From the moment he saw us, he treated us like he’d known us for years. He asked about our trip, if the kids were happy, and even recommended the best time to go to the pool so it wouldn’t be crowded. The moment that made me write his name specifically: We had a small issue with the AC in the room. I called reception and Ali answered. Within 10 minutes exactly, he sent maintenance with a technician and personally apologized twice. Then an hour later he called me to check in: "Is everything okay now sir? Is there anything else I can help you with?" Ali doesn’t just solve problems. He followed up with us every morning when we went down for breakfast: "Would you like me to book you a table near the sea?" "There’s snorkeling tomorrow at 9 AM if you’re interested." Even when I asked to change rooms for a better view, he upgraded us to a higher floor with a side sea view at no extra charge and said, "This is the least we can do for your comfort." The attitude, the manners, the speed, and the follow-up. Ali Eissa is the real face that makes you say: "I’m coming back to this hotel because of him." Thank you Ali for your effort, your kindness, and your patience. You are a credit to the hotel. Rooms & View We had a Deluxe room with a view of the pool and the sea. The room was super clean, the AC was excellent, and housekeeping comes twice a day without you even asking. Towels are changed daily and water is always provided. The balcony is big and sitting there at night with the sound of the waves is something else. Food & Restaurants They have a main buffet restaurant with 3 meals. The variety is very good. There’s an oriental night, a seafood night, and an Italian night. The chefs really try to please everyone. The oriental desserts were excellent. There are also 3 à la carte restaurants. I booked Lebanese once and seafood once. The food was fresh and the service was fast. The entire restaurant staff is cheerful and helpful if you have kids. Beach, Pools & Aqua The beach is sandy and clean, and there’s a snorkeling area with colorful fish and coral. Lifeguards are there all the time and that’s very important to me. The pools are many and at different depths, and there’s a small aqua park for kids. It’s not huge but it’s enough for them to have fun. The animation team was working all day: aqua gym, zumba, and at night shows and a folklore show once a week. Spa & Jacuzzi Since it’s called Blue Spa, I had to try it. I did a massage and jacuzzi session. The place is quiet and the scents and lighting are very relaxing for the nerves. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service. Location The hotel is in the heart of Hurghada, 15 minutes from the Marina and 10 minutes from Senzo Mall. It’s easy to book sea trips or a safari right from the hotel. Conclusion I’ve been to a lot of hotels in Hurghada, but what makes Blue Spa special isn’t just the sea or the pools. What makes it special is the people. People who treat you like a human being, not like a booking number. And I’ll say it again: Thank you to the entire reception team for your kindness, and a very special thank you to *Mr. Ali Eissa* for your effort and follow-up. You are the main reason our vacation was 100% successful. I recommend anyone going to Hurghada to try it.
