Wonderful holiday and the best hotel we have stayed at so far! :) I spent a wonderful time at this hotel with my family. :) As someone who has already been to Egypt several times, I can say with full confidence that this is the best hotel I have stayed at so far. The hotel itself makes a fantastic impression. It is beautiful, very clean, well-maintained and constantly kept tidy. The gardeners do a great job — the entire surroundings, the grass and the plants are really beautifully maintained. The resort is large, so everyone can find their own perfect spot. The large swimming pools and beautiful beach complete the whole experience. The food was very good and varied, so there was something for everyone every day. The beach bar also deserves praise — the service was quick and the drinks were very good. The same goes for the lobby bar, where Hassan and Ahmed provided excellent service! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism! But the biggest asset of this hotel is definitely its staff. The waiters, bartenders, housekeeping staff and all the other employees were incredibly kind, friendly, polite and helpful. At every step, we experienced genuine kindness and a willingness to help. It is clear that the staff truly care about the comfort of their guests and put a lot of effort into their work. Thanks to the people working at this hotel, we felt genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. :) It is impossible to mention everyone who deserves our thanks, so I would especially like to recognize three people: • Haitham and Rabea from the main restaurant — wonderful and incredibly friendly people who radiate such positive energy! They always welcomed us with a smile, cared about the comfort of the guests and created a very warm, positive and family-like atmosphere in the restaurant. It was clear that their positive energy spread to the people around them as well. Thank you so much!! • Said from the beach bar — we had the pleasure of meeting him on the very first day of our stay. Said was always smiling, willing to help and made our time at the beach bar even more enjoyable. His positive attitude really stayed in our memories.:) These are truly people who are in the right place! 😁 People like them are exactly what made our trip so enjoyable, and we will definitely remember our stay very fondly. I would be very grateful if the hotel management could pass on our huge thanks and warm greetings to Haitham, Rabea and Said! During our stay, we genuinely could not find any faults worth mentioning. Everything was at a very high standard. We will definitely return at the first opportunity and will be very happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend their holiday in beautiful surroundings with truly wonderful staff! :) Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful holiday and such a lovely atmosphere! ❤️

Honestly this is best stays ever there are many good things about Sunrise Mamlouk. It’s my favourite place but honestly who made our stays so special was staff friendly and helpful thanks for everyone there and doing the best for the place 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Arrival, arrived at the hotel at midnight , directed downstairs to the buffet restaurant for some food, didn't see anything to eat so went back to reception to get room key, waited 30 mins and was eventually given our room key, are they not prepared 3/5 Room, Block 18 ground floor family bunkbed room, decent enough, everything worked, room attendant ,Mohammed, an absolute star nothing is too much for this man,4/5 Pool, two big pools , never a problem getting a bed although more could be made of the pergola structures around the pools as shade is not easily found. lots to do but nothing is forced , red flags work well,4/5 Food, Al a carte restaurants are good, Asian is the best , but book early, before 9am via the app/Qcode at reception or use the one booking tablet in reception. Breakfast in the main buffet is ok, as is lunch at either the burger place by the pool, the amin restaurant or the place at the beach but book the al a cartes as evening meal is a bun fight in a very hot and dark main buffet and frankly isn't worth the trouble, everything is bland and tasteless, spent 24 hours with a stomach bug, 2/5 Entertainment, Team are very friendly but anything done in the evening is frankly a car crash, they try but it falls very short.2/5 Hotel, needs some work doing as it looks a little tired and jaded in places, but having been here several times before , once at the hotel next-door, they all now look like they need work doing. 3/5 Guests, not very many central European/UK/Scandi guests as this doesn't seen to be the target audience, it never caused any problems except for the differences in our pallets, 3/5 We thought we'd give Egypt another go after several years elsewhere, mainly Mexico and the Caribbean ,but if this passes as 5 star then I think we'll leave it and spend a little more and go back to long haul holidays a.nd that version of 5 star
