Just returned from an amazing week with my husband at the Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park 5* in Hurghada, and I am still so full of impressions! The hotel itself is huge, beautifully landscaped, and themed around a cruise ship, which is a really fun touch. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely pool view from the balcony. We spent hours relaxing by the massive swimming pools and having a blast on the water slides at the aqua park—it really brings out your inner child! The food was varied with plenty of options every night, and the staff was always smiling and attentive. While we wanted to explore Egypt, we quickly realized that buying tours through the hotel guides was way too expensive. Luckily, we followed some great advice online and booked our trips through a local agency called Sheriff Egypt. You can easily find them by searching their name on the internet. Their prices are significantly lower than what the hotel reps charge, but the level of service and organization was top-notch! We booked two excursions through them, and both were absolute highlights of our vacation: Cairo Mini-Group Tour: We did the trip to Cairo in a small group of up to eight people with a private guide. It felt so exclusive and comfortable compared to being stuck on a massive crowded bus. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and we didn't feel rushed at all while exploring the pyramids and the museum. Hula Hula Island Sea Trip: The boat trip to Hula Hula Island was pure paradise. The turquoise water and white sand look just like the Maldives! Best of all, the yacht was brand new, very clean, and well-equipped. The crew and guides were super professional, friendly, and spoke fluent English, making sure everyone felt safe and had a great time snorkeling and relaxing. If you are heading to Titanic Beach, don't overpay the hotel guides—book with Sheriff Egypt and save yourself both money and hassle. We had an unforgettable trip and would happily return!

“Nice holiday”

Visited this hotel at the beginning of august and spent 10 days. We had a nice holiday with family. Abdo Ayman was cleaning our room every day and never disappointed. Visited this hotel at the beginning of august and spent 10 days. We had a nice holiday with family. Abdo Ayman was cleaning our room every day and never disappointed. Always did a top job and kids loved the towel animals he made for them. Big downfall of this hotel is it’s beach. You can’t really swim in the sea as the water is really shallow. It doesn’t say it anywhere which is disappointing if you booking a holiday by the sea. Food could be also a bit better when it comes to quality and choices.

“Excellent room cleaner”

Have had an excellent experience with Ibrahim who cleans our room and has been doing the towel challenge with my daughter making her excited to get back to the room everyday!

“Mixed feelings”

We did enjoy our holiday here, but had mixed feelings about the hotel. Positives Lebanese restaurant! The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. There were always plenty of sunbeds available at the beach Negatives Sun beds were reserved around the pool from 6am onwards (& all the central ones had gone by 7am) Tipping!! I never really got to grips with tipping,  but it was clear that staff expected to be tipped and treated guests very differently if they had been tipped. You will need to tip the cleaner, bar staff, pool attendants, waiters etc to receive decent service. Extra charges.  As well as tips, there are many other charges that it is difficult to avoid. Lots of places selling ice creams, candy floss, pop corn etc (the only place to get included ice cream during the day is the snack bar by the beach, which is a very long way from the main pool). Bowling and other arcade games are extra too (which must be an absolute nightmare for people with younger children). Only certain  alcohol is included,  other brands are extra and all alcohol is payable after midnight. It didn’t really feel like an all inclusive hotel to me. Reps for the spa and water sports/day trips are constant and very persistent.  The WiFi was very unreliable and slow (even in the reception area).
