The hotel is beautiful, and the view is absolutely stunning. Everyone there was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Mr. Mohamed, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout our stay. He was always available to help, made sure we had everything we needed, and did everything he could to ensure we had a wonderful experience. He also provided outstanding service and offered the best prices in Sahl Hasheesh. Youssef, a member of the staff, was also very friendly, professional, and respectful. His kindness and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back.

Amazing relaxing atmosphere! We stayed in a sea view suite, which was spacious and a spectacular, sea-view balcony that’s great for a relaxing evening and entertaining. The room was spotless and noise free. There were plenty of activities and amenities offered; ranging from the safari with ATVs and the Boat ride to Orange Bay. All the Resort Staff were very attentive and always asking us if we needed anything. The dinning facility had all you can eat breakfast buffet that was well replenish with many varieties to choose from. Overall, it was a great value for an all-inclusive resort experience. We plan to return and highly recommend it to our family and friends.

Mixed experience – A beautiful hotel, but many things need improvement The hotel itself is beautiful, the surroundings are pleasant, and the property has a lot of potential. However, our stay was marked by several disappointments that, in our opinion, do not match the standards expected from a 4-star hotel. First of all, the food was a major disappointment. The breakfast, in particular, was very difficult to enjoy if you are not used to Egyptian breakfast options. There were very few choices suitable for international guests, and the quality of the food was not what we expected. We stayed with an all-inclusive package, but we were surprised to find out that food served at the pool area had to be paid for separately. Also, after 11 PM, drinks are no longer included and must be paid for, which is quite disappointing when you have booked an all-inclusive stay. Another issue is the waiting time when ordering food. The service can be extremely slow, and it sometimes takes a very long time to receive your order, which is frustrating, especially during a holiday. Regarding the staff, the experience depends on the person. Some employees are friendly and helpful, but others can have a passive-aggressive attitude that makes guests feel uncomfortable. The location is also something to consider before booking. The hotel is quite far from the main areas, meaning you need to pay for taxis every time you want to go somewhere. This can quickly add extra costs to your stay. The private beach is nice, but it is much further from the hotel than we expected. A free shuttle is available, which is a positive point, but it still requires a drive. We thought the beach would be much closer and easier to access. You also have to wait for the shuttle schedule, especially when leaving the beach. There is fortunately a driver available who can take you back to the hotel if needed, but it is still less convenient than what is suggested in the hotel description. Another disappointment is the information provided about the hotel facilities. The description mentions that there is a supermarket/grocery shop inside the hotel, but this is not true. The shops are actually located in the city, near the beach area (around 7 minutes by car or 25 minutes walking). They are independent shops and are not part of the hotel. This information should be corrected, as it can be misleading for guests. We were also surprised by the complete lack of an elevator. This is not necessarily a major issue by itself, but for a 4-star hotel, we expected a higher level of comfort and facilities. Having to use the stairs with suitcases is not practical, especially after travelling. Staff members do help with luggage, which is appreciated, but it does not replace the convenience of having an elevator. Another uncomfortable point is the strong smell of chemical cleaning products in the corridors. The smell is quite intense and unpleasant, which affects the overall comfort of the hotel. We also felt uncomfortable with the level of supervision around the property. When leaving in the evening, the security guard at the entrance sometimes looked at us in a way that made us feel judged and seemed annoyed when opening the gate. Similarly, when walking around the residence in the evening, we often felt like we were being followed or watched for no reason, as if we were suspicious. This feeling is unpleasant, especially considering that we were paying guests and had every right to move freely around the property. Finally, there are some technical issues that should be mentioned: the Wi-Fi connection is very unreliable and constantly disconnects, and on several occasions the tap water came out with a brownish color, which was not reassuring. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful setting and great potential, but many aspects need improvement: the food quality, service speed, all-inclusive conditions, accuracy of the hotel description, facilities, Wi-Fi quality, and the attitude of some staff members. With better transparency and improvements in these areas, the experience could be much more enjoyable.
