Again we visited the JAZ Samaya in March 2024 for 17 days. Thanks to Mohamed Harb from the Front Office we could check in into one of our favorite rooms, we asked some weeks before. Like all the year before the room had been very clean and Mohamed, the Room-boy surprised us every day with nice towel decorations. One extra Plus goes to the Schuko Power socket, which makes power adapter obsolete. We spent these 17 days that passed by like nothing, like in paradise: In the kitchen Ahmed Saad, Mohamed Bagdady, Hamada Rada, Mohamed Mady and many more did their very best to serve us the most delicious dishes. At the Sabbar Bar Ahmed, Yasser, Mahmoud and Gaebber offered their adorable and professional service. Especially the Capuccino and Soda in the Morning at the Pool served by Gaebber we enjoyed very much. Nevertheless we missed the special kindness of Karam at the Sabbar Bar, who is now working at Lamaya Restaurant. In the Restaurant at breakfast and dinner Hassan, Ahmed and El Tayed read every wish from our lips. Amal and Mona, the Guest relation managers took care about erverthing and with thier endearing way they are the heart of the Hotel! Anyhow everyone of the hotel management takes his time to care about the guests, like Food and Beverage Manager Ibrahim Sayed we were able to meet even at nine a clock in the evening. This his year we used the pool tables in the lobby of the Lamaya for the first time. Here Ezmeet from the Lobby Bar served us the very best cocktails we've got in Egypt ever. As at the time of our holiday the restaurant and the Pool of the sister hotel Lamaya had been renovated and therefore the Children animation had been at Samaya's Lobby Terrace, we had been at the Lobby and Terrace of Lamaya as we don't want that much action in our holidays. I also hope the such noisy events like Family-Kids-Party and Foam Party will be at Lamaya Pool again, when it is reopened, as we enjoy the silence at our holidays. Also all the Pool- / Beachboys and Lifeguards at Pool and beach have been very friendly and adorable: Walid, Goma, Ali, Galal and Mohamed at the Pool and Ismael at the Beach. Especially with the Chief of Pool and Beach Ahmed we had nice and funny conversations. I would also like to mention Mahmoud at the beach bar, with whom we also had a lot of fun Last but not Least a big Thanks To the girls and boys of the Animation Team: Irina, Eliza, Taya, Zizo, Dot(ti), Coco and Mando: It's very rare to meet such an intimate and well-rehearsed team. You always find the golden way in respecting the peace and quiet of the guests and trying to find participants for your activities. We miss the funny conversations with all of you, especially the professional Stretching and Yoga Units from Irina.
