I have been coming to Hurghada for over 15 years and stayed at many hotels but this hotel is excellent and stands out above all others. The food is of high standards and very first class. The restaurants manager Mostafa was very professional and helpful. He organised my birthday along with his staff, very memorable. All the staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. The hotel is excellent and deserves the 5 star rating it has. I really cannot fault the hotel in anyway. I like this hotel so much that I have already booked our return visit.

We have been here more than 10 times, and for us, there is simply no Hurghada—or even Egypt—without this hotel. It truly feels like coming back home. A special mention must go to the incredible kitchen team. The food is absolutely amazing—every single meal is prepared with care, creativity, and professionalism. The buffet presentation is outstanding, always beautifully arranged and inviting. The variety and quality are consistently excellent, and it’s clear that the kitchen staff take great pride in their work. The restaurant staff are, without exaggeration, the most friendly and attentive hotel team we have ever encountered in all our travels. They notice every small detail—the kind that truly matters in hospitality—and they go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. They don’t just provide service—they create a warm, family-like atmosphere. We would also like to thank the beach team, who are always helpful, welcoming, and attentive, as well as the cleaning staff, who maintain the highest standards every single day. A big round of applause goes to the entertainment team as well. They are energetic, friendly, and highly professional, offering a wide variety of activities for all guests. Special congratulations to the entertainment manager for leading such a fantastic team—your effort truly shows. To everyone at the hotel: thank you for another amazing experience.
