We had such a wonderful stay at The Creek Hotel El Gouna and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating, especially Alaa and Mohamed. We actually arrived very late at night, and without us even asking, they brought up a tray full of food to our room, knowing we probably hadn’t eaten. It was such a thoughtful gesture and set the tone for the whole stay. They went above and beyond for us throughout our stay, and especially for our son, who turned 7 while we were there. They made it so special for him — organising not one but two birthday cakes and singing Happy Birthday in both English and Egyptian. He absolutely loved it and it’s a memory we’ll all treasure. A special mention to the head chef, who kindly came out to meet us and made fresh chips from scratch for our son, along with food tailored to him as a picky eater. That level of care and attention really meant a lot. Our room was beautiful, and having our own private pool was such a treat — I can imagine it would be perfect in the summer months. The room was always spotless and such a lovely space to relax in. We also loved exploring El Gouna by tuk tuk — such a fun part of the experience! A huge thank you as well to Mohamed from housekeeping, who made the most amazing towel animals and flower displays every single day. We looked forward to seeing what he would create and even took photos of them — such a thoughtful touch. The room was always cleaned to a very high standard and felt so welcoming. We would really like to thank all of the staff by name like Ahmed, Mahmoud, Abdul, but even those we may have missed — please know how much we appreciated everything you did. You made our stay truly special. We are already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you all so much ❤️

Great holiday, the 'sliders' water skiing is on site, didn't use it so no idea of cost. Although the crane like arms that pull the water skiers around the man made lagoon are a bit unsightly. Great holiday, the 'sliders' water skiing is on site, didn't use it so no idea of cost. Although the crane like arms that pull the water skiers around the man made lagoon are a bit unsightly. Staff super friendly and attentive food 4 out of 5. Overall very good, just a tad repetitive. Please give the staff tips as they only earn about £125 per month so a few euros tip goes along way. Don't use GBP pounds like we did and upset the tuk tuk man. Euros only! Not a massive hotel which is good, about 250pl at max, around 120 while we were here in late March. 1 euro tuk tuk to marina or downtown. Relaxed chilled and safe vibe in hotel and around marina. We had ground floor room with a tiny little private pool for "shenanigans" 😘😜 private beach literally on your front door. 'Egypt Stella' local beer decent, Pina collada excellent. Cappuccino decent. Highly recommend, we paid about £840 each all inclusive with TUI including flights, accommodation and transfers for 1xweek. Sun sets at 4.30pm though, so get your rays ☀️ while you can! Mostly over 40/50's in our hotel and German being the biggest percentage of guests. Note for hotel, Nice rooms, need to silicon around room #104 shower screen where it leaks near the loo. Decent hotel and lovely staff.

“Overall great hotel set in a beautiful lagoon.”

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, Towels replaced daily. Food is a little basic but it was not that busy during my visit and this could be why there was not much choice. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beach. Mohamed on reception was always a great help 😁.
