The hotel was lovely but what made it amazing was the staff! Everyone we encountered could not do enough for you. Every one of them were super friendly and so hard working. We had a lovely ground floor room with a shady seating terrace and a sunny area with our own sun loungers and right next to the relax pool. Beach towels were replaced as often as you required. Housekeeping in general was excellent. Food and drinks were of a good standard. Loads of choice in the restaurant and the pool bar. Book your à la carte dining options early as they get full quickly. Special mention to Ali in the restaurant who was so lovely! The hotel has a great activities programme if you want to join in but is also great for a relaxing stay if that’s what you want. We loved it and will definitely return!

This was our second time visiting Tui Blue Makadi Gardens and once again, this beautiful hotel didn't disappoint. Upon arrival we found our room overlooked the site where building work was happening but the staff quickly sorted an alternative room for us with the garden view we had booked. The room was clean and housekeeping ensured this standard was kept up throughout our stay. There was a problem with our toilet which took a little longer than we would've liked to be fixed but it didn't take anything away from our time here. The pool is very cold but sitting poolside was bliss and the service was impeccable. Mustafa kept drinks flowing throughout the day ensuring we had exactly what we needed without us even asking. He is great!! The food at the hotel is lovely and there is a great selection to choose from. Ali at the buffet restaurant ensured we were always greeted with a smile and also knew our drink order after the first visit and arrived at the table each night with exactly what we needed. We love Tui Blue Makadi Gardens and can't wait to return again (hopefully soon)!

A great place to revisit where you are treated better than usual resorts , staff were exceptionally helpful in ensuring you had what you needed , food was pretty good , always something to eat , not always my taste but was never left hungry , we managed to book Ninos and also the onsite restaurants… more

A great place to revisit where you are treated better than usual resorts , staff were exceptionally helpful in ensuring you had what you needed , food was pretty good , always something to eat , not always my taste but was never left hungry , we managed to book Ninos and also the onsite restaurants but do this asap as it fills up quickly ,both meals were fabulous, red wine can be hit and miss from the bars sometimes cold ( defo a no no for me ) or very similar to Rose ( but drinkable !) The guys round the pool were great and kept us watered well , all in all we will return when we need a good familiar place to visit (this was the second time) there is much of the world to see so who knows !! , and defo see the pyramids, a long day but gotta be done
