This was our first trip to Egypt. I can only say we had an amazing time and am booking to come back again at the end of the year. We didnt arrive until past 11pm. We were checked in quickly. Our suitcases were taken to our room. We went to the bar and was immediately greeted by Hamdy. What a lovely,attentive staff member, who couldn't do enough for us throughout our stay. Our room overlooked the pool. There was an issue with the shower over flowing, but was rectified expedotiously each time we advised reception. Our cleaner, (who's name im gutted I cant recall, for room 225) did absolutely amazing. Room spotless throughout our stay. It was my partners bday whilst we were there and the room was decorated for him,along with a bday cake, chocolates and prosecco. Food was amazing. The egg station at breakfast is a must, along with the stir fry from the outside kitchen area on the specialist nights. Walid our pool waiter, was 2nd to none. He worked tirelessly. Drinks were delivered,before we even asked,and he knew what our preferences were for the time of day. Staff in the pool bar at lunchtime,where again amazing. In fact all the staff are great and a true asset to the hotel. The one thing that let's the hotel down is the band/singers on a Thursday afternoon. It suddenly turns into an 18-30s hotel for 1 1/2hrs. Its completely out of character for everything else the hotel offers. Its so loud,when you just want to chill and enjoy the last of the sunshine. We enjoyed The grill as our wrap around restaurant, and the culinarium made for a nice change. A little gem, that will hopefully stay that way. We took dollars and changed the £ coins for English notes for the staff as they can't change coins. We will be taking Egyptian pounds when we return. I thought it was a closed currency, which ive learnt it isn't.

4th visit to this fantastic hotel, arrived home on the Saturday and booked again by the Sunday to return next year. I always email the hotel prior to our stay to request a room over looking the pool next door and never even let down. The hotel is immaculate, grounds are beautifully kept, food is fantastic, they do a cracking Sunday roast and all staff are amazing and cant do enough for you. Was lovely to see Mostafa the pool drinks guy back after him being in the army for 2 years, he remembered us. If there was anything that could be improved upon and this is just a small ask it would be another toast station at breakfast as it gets very busy around it. Anyone that books this hotel will not be disappointed...I can't believe someone has rated it as terrible I have no words. Looking forward to seeing you all again next year for our 5th visit.

The best, most relaxing holiday ever. This hotel is amazing if you are wanting a relaxing tranquil holiday. The staff from the 2nd you arrive can't do enough for you. It is them that truly makes the difference from other places I have stayed. They are all happy and joyful with their roles. Far to many to name personally as everyone we met deserves praise. The room was extremely well presented and clean and tidy. As was the whole resort. Things that I believe could be improved/ done differently:- The Tui blue app is not user friendly, and trying to book your 1 allowed meal in a restaurant on another of the allowed resorts is extremely difficult. A bigger map showing all the resorts and restaurants location would be extremely handy. Finally items in the room, there are quite a few that aren't included and incur extra charges. For me this is not all inclusive. Only have items that are included in the room and have a list of what is available with prices to be ordered. These are minor niggles not complaints. As stated before this was the best, most relaxing holiday we have had and will definitely return to this resort.
