“1 star when we arrived 5 star now!”
We arrived at nearly midnight to be told they did not have our reservation! Paid 200 euros for a room for the night which today has been refunded when Easyjet confirmed our reservation with hotel. “Greatness at hurgada long beach resort”
Had a lovely time at the resort, the animation team are amazing. Adam and Lara are lovely people, keeping me and the family up to date with different events that were happening around the resort, be lost without them, I'm greatful and don't want to leave the place because of them.
