“Enjoyable trip”
The hotel is in a great place and the rooms although a bit old have great views . Hospitality is mixed . Stand out was Mahmoud el shazely on the front desk . Also the guys that drive the buggies were great . However there are some really grumpy ones that spoil the experience. Computer says no ! T… more

“Mahmoud/ Reception”
The hotel was very clean and looked lovely. Some staff were very miserable and were not helpful at all. The rooms were very nice and the swimming pools also. Mahmoud on the reception desk was so helpful and always fixed any problems for us. He made our stay amazing!!
