We've just come back from our family holiday (two kids aged 5 and 4) and had an absolutely brilliant stay - It is always a good sign when your child cries because they don't want to go home! From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were really looked after. The facilities are excellent - x4 kids swimming pools - heated (we went in late March) Adult pools - lots of pools and plenty of space. Food - though there are 4 restaurants - the entire catering team work so hard to give fresh variety everyday - and that is not an easy task! the food was tasty, fresh, lots of it and BBQ most nights. The staff work really hard day and night and are so pleasant - a special thank you to Mahmoud Amer who really looked after my family everyday in the restaurant- so polite and helpful and great with my children. The chicken nuggets were so tasty - even the adults were eating them! Nice little touches in the hotel - in the restaurants there are little tables and chairs with TV in the kids corner The hotel itself - SUPER clean and BIG! Games for the entire family - like mini golf, trampoline, darts etc Great park - this is the first time i have been to a hotel with a kids park that has sofas in there for adults - thank you for thinking of us! LOVELY beach!! so clean and ample loungers. Bakery in the lobby bar area Just a couple of things to look out for: - if you have a late check out, make sure you get your keycards updated - we weren't told that and couldn't get back into the room (not great when your child is bursting for the toilet) - more toilets needed on the ground floor near the pools - had to walk quite far to get to them - again with young children bursting - we stayed in room 2304 and it was near a ramp and lift - very loud when staff using it and guests coming and going - the walls are quite thin. - Kids club - not great - your left to your own devices - so real structure, just help yourself service. The lady in there - Mariana? - not very helpful. Superb stay, great people, great atmosphere, great food - we will definitely be coming back and i have already recommended to all my friends and family!

Stayed here for 4 week's and the good outways the bad. Saying that we would not stay here again because it's geared more towards families. If we had grandchildren we would come here because it's brilliant for them. The reception area is impressive and our check in experience was good and quick. We were given a room on the sunny side which was great. Spotless clean and a very good view. The rooms need a bit of moderation but that's like alot of hotel rooms. We felt a bit unsafe in the shower and when Anna asked us if we had any problems we told her about it and a shower mat was put in the shower when we returned. So that was fantastic. The only thing with the rooms is the noise travels. There were 3 children in a room 3 door's down from us and we could hear them screaming and shouting. They also were riding scooters up and down the corridor. At 10.45 I'd had enough and went and told them to be quiet. The next morning at 5 their father was knocking on the door and I went out again and said what's going on. He apologised. We never heard anything again after that though. The lobby bar was OK but quite bright so it not very relaxing. We used the patisserie area for coffee and pastries if we didn't go for breakfast and that was very nice. The food in the restaurants was good you could always find something to eat. The soup was really good except for a few time's when it was a bit thin and tasteless. I had a bad experience with 2 of the chef's. One always gave me fatty meat so stopped getting it from him. The other was at breakfast after asking politely for soft boiled eggs he seemed a bit angry making me very uncomfortable and upset. Our waiters were really good Mohammed Rabea and Ahmed were so helpful. The pools and the gardens were kept immaculate. The pools are the cleanest I've ever seen. The gardens were kept beautiful. The beach was good. The only thing was the adult only area had a few Russian families using it and we're not asked to use the children's beach area even though there was plenty of room on it. This is why we only used the beach a few time's. The pool areas have lots of sunbeds and seating you never had to look far for somewhere to sunbathe. The alcoholic drinks are not good at all. The beer and wine is OK but the spirits are terrible so if you like a nice drink bring some with you. Also they have diet coke but not diet lemonade I went out and bought my own. Not good for diabetic people. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn't come back because of the children just running about the restraunts it was very dangerous. Not the kids fault. Also kids using scooters round the complex which was dangerous.

Good and need improvements overall One reception staff was not helpful. Our flight delayed by 4 hours and we haven’t eaten for long time. I got to hotel and asked for food and the food they were supposed to serve after lunch and before dinner was by the pool. They had fries and chicken and I am vegetarian and asked if I could have room service. Not available and he wasn’t helpful despite me saying I was hungry. Most staff were great and helpful. Our heating system and phone in room wasn’t working It was freezing at night and we couldn’t call anyone. They fixed it next day My friend had tummy upset from what she ate. Someone commented that tap water is used for ice. I expect filtered water to be used. Luckily I don’t take ice in my drinks and I was fine. Overall stay and food was good but can be improved. The entertainment team was great and they made a lot of effort.
