A wonderful 3 weeks at Premier Le Reve to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and a “ big” Birthday, all made very special by the hotel . The staff here are so attentive, professional and caring it is no wonder guests return as many times as they do . We ate in all the restaurants and had fabulous meals in them all . It is impossible to pick out a favourite as the cuisine is different in each one . We enjoy the Executive Lounge as I like the “ sparkling wine”available there. It’s a nice location to meet up with friends made on previous visits and to chat with new friends, there is also a nice outdoor terrace . We prefer the beach, which is kept pristine by the Recreation Team , drinks are usually provided by Mohamed , who knows what we want before we do !!! He certainly keeps us hydrated with water too . Great snorkelling from the jetty with a staircase down into the sea , very easy . Gardens always look colourful , everything in the hotel is incredibly clean , tidy & well maintained. There are sometimes small works of maintenance but never any bother to the guests . Our room ( pool view) has everything we need , comfortable bed , separate shower & bathtub, walk in wardrobe, plenty of storage space and a nice balcony with a sea view . The entertainment is “low key” , there are shows , local Egyptian entertainers, singers , a beach party ( not in Winter though) , several bars to choose from , so something to suit all tastes . Looking forward to returning again .

This was our 12th trip to Hurghada and our first in Premier league Reve. Everything was so easy there. Check in quick and efficient, food available for later arrival and great luggage service. Our room was great although we did have the view of a building area. But that’s ok. Work have to be done in the area . We had everything we needed in the room. The buffet selection of food was great every day and quality was great. Also checks of temperatures done regularly during meal services. Other restaurants were available too. Pool area was beautiful and spotless clean. We spent the days on the beach as we always do but this time we had did not have constant pressure to spa or dive or camel ride and that was a huge bonus. Mohammed was the beach waiter and worked hard everyday to make sure everyone was given drinks and what they wanted. He is an asset to the hotel and said he has been there a number of years. We didn’t want for anything this holiday as all was provided. All staff spoke good English and lots of British guests at the hotel. We will definitely revisit this hotel. This was 1 of the top 3 hotels we have visited. We felt relaxed the entire stay which is what we wanted so a successful trip.

This was our 5th visit to hotel and as always was a pleasure to stay. The hotel is only as good as the entire team of staff. Special mentions from our stay are for. Eid - he kept our room spotless and was always there making sure we had everything. Hatem - runs the pool bar and is just a top chap we hope to see him receive a promotion as that would be well deserved. Samuel - worked the beach bringing drinks and made sure we had everything we needed, always had a smile. Hani - lobby bar would not be the same without him, he is excellent Mahmoud - lifeguard who is constantly on the move making sure everyone is looked after. The only concern raised was with how pool towels are given, this year they are in your room and not collected from lifeguard station, this in my opinion promoted the saving of sunbeds as towels were already with people meaning you had to be up early everyday. I would urge the hotel to revert back or enforce not saving beds. The beach coral is stunning with a Manta Ray seen for first time. Hotel staff needs to enforce and educate residents not to walk on the coral and use the pier.
